Must fall within the appropriate Alpha (12-18) or Omega (18-30) age range

Help Leos organize a new member recruitment campaign. Leos may contact:

• Friends• Family members and relatives• Neighbors• Local students• Sports teammates• Members of other organizations and clubs

Recruiting New Members

Leos may contact the following people who may interact with potential new members:

• Teachers• Coaches• Clergy• Community leaders• Family members

Other member recruitment ideas:

• Place a recruitment announcement in a school or local newspaper.

• Place Leo recruitment posters throughout the community.• Arrange a Leo information display at schools, libraries, coffee

shops or community centers.• Contact young community leaders who have been previously

identified by local media.• Create a Leo club website and share information about

activities, meetings and service projects.

• The Leo club advisor or an officer of the sponsoring Lions club presides over the ceremony
