Muhammad Ajmal Khan Baloch is a CEO of Nahar King Welfare Organization working in human
rights, poverty elimination, health & education facilities, water & sanitation, child rights, women
rights especially in southern Punjab. Ajmal has been associated with LEAD Pakistan since March 2011
at master trainer in CLEAR project.
He also served as Master Trainer, Bahawalpur for UMEED JAWAN project under which he received
trainings of 5 days each on Youth Leadership, Peace and Conflict Management, Life Skills and Local
Community Development. As a master trainer he further delivered these training to group of
vulnerable youth members in his community.

Aftab Anwar has worked as Constituency Coordinator NA-190 Chishtian,
Bhawalnagar for 3 years in SPO & FAFEN in their STEP Project. Currently
Aftab is working in AURAT FOUNDATION as Tehsil Coordinator in WASEEL-
E-TALEEM Project funded by DIFD. He has worked one Year as a Personal
Assistant to President of FO (Farmers Organization) in PIDA. Aftab Anwar
holds a Masters in Mass Communication degree. He loves to make
friendship with the people within the country and abroad.
Aftab Anwar joined Lead Pakistan on 5 October 2015, as Master Trainer, Bahawalpur for UMEED
JAWAN project under which he received trainings of 5 days each on Youth Leadership, Peace and
Conflict Management, Life Skills and Local Community Development. As a master trainer he further
delivered these training to group of vulnerable youth members in his community.

Robina Aslam joined LEAD Pakistan in September, 2014 as Young
Leader and Master Trainer, Bahawalpur in ongoign Umeed JAwan
project under which she received trainings of 5 days each on Youth
Leadership, Peace and Conflict Management, Life Skills and Local
Community Development. As a master trainer she further delivered
these training to group of vulnerable youth members in her
community.
Prior to joining LEAD, She worked as a Instructor in NRSP collaborated projects. She has done
Masters in Education degree from The Islamia University of Bahawalpur. Robina loves travelling and
meeting people from different cultures. Her dream is to go on an exploratory cross-country road trip
across Pakistan.
4. Mr. Ghulam Mustafa Email: [email protected]
Ghulkam Mustafa joined Lead Pakistan on 5 October 2015, as Master
Trainer, Bahawalpur for UMEED JAWAN Project under which he
received trainings of 5 days each on Youth Leadership, Peace and
Conflict Management, Life Skills and Local Community Development. As
a master trainer he further delivered these training to group of
vulnerable youth members in his community.
Prior to joining LEAD, he has worked as MSTO in General Election 2013
at SPO & FAFEN . Currently Mustafa is Working in AURAT FOUNDATION as Social Mobilizer in
WASEEL-E-TALEEM Project funded by DIFD. Previously he has also worked as a Customer Service
Representative in Mobilink Franchise Dahranwala. Ghulam Mustafa holds Masters in Mass
Communication degree.

Shaista Riaz joined LEAD Pakistan in September, 2014 as Young Leader/Master
Trainer Bahawalpur in ongoign Umeed JAwan project under which she

trainer she further delivered these training to group of vulnerable youth
members in her community.
Prior to joining LEAD, She worked as a General Manager in Bahawalpur
Women Welfare Organization. She has done Masters Degree in Psychology from The Islamia
University of Bahawalpur. Shaista loves reading ad listening music. Her dream is to become a
Psychiatrist.
6. Mr. Muhammad Imran Saleem

Imran Saleem as a Master Trainer/ Youth Leader joined LEAD Pakistan in
September 2014 for Umeed Jawan project titled “Youth Leadership and
Skills Development Training”. Under the project he received trainings of
5 days each on Youth Leadership, Peace and Conflict Management, Life
Skills and Local Community Development. As a master trainer he further
delivered these training to group of vulnerable youth members in his
community.
Imran takes life as a challenge. He has done Master in Gender Studies from The Islamia University of
Bahawalpur. He is working with Samaj Development Foundation as Social Mobilizer in Nation Wide
Financial Literacy program since 2012 in Bahawalpur District.
7. Ms. Itrat Batool: Email: [email protected]
Itral joined LEAD Pakistan in September, 2014 as Young
Leader/Master Trainer Bahawalpur in ongoign Umeed JAwan project
under which she received trainings of 5 days each on Youth
Leadership, Peace and Conflict Management, Life Skills and Local
Community Development. As a master trainer she further delivered
these training to group of vulnerable youth members in her
community.
Itrat previously has worked with Sun Community Development
Foundation in 2009 as a Coordinator in their ongoing health project.
It was implemented in rural areas of district Multan in which Itrat played an important role to ensure
the facilitation for the poor women and their new born babies. Currently she is working as Program
Manager in RTI. She is also the part of many active networks. She is also participating in the Multan
Civil Society Network as Sec. Coordination and also serving in Women Caucus to raise voice on
violence against women with the help of other 42 nongovernmental organizations.
Itrat holds a bachelor degree from Multan and now doing MSC Gender and Women Studies. Her
dream is to empower the women and youth for the prosperous and educated Pakistan.

Shahzad Barkat is senior colleague with vast development sector experience and a Human Rights
activist. Shahzad joined Lead Pakistan in October, 2015 as a Master Trainer, Bahawalpur for UMEED

trainings of 5 days each on Youth Leadership, Peace and Conflict Management, Life Skills and Local
Community Development. As a master trainer he further delivered these training to group of

9. Ms. Ammara Kulsoom Ammara joined LEAD Pakistan’s “Youth Leadership and Skills Development Training” project in
collaboration with Umeed Jawan in October, 2015 as a Master Trainer, Lodhran. Under the project
she received trainings of 5 days each on Youth Leadership, Peace and Conflict Management, Life
Skills and Local Community Development. As a master trainer she further delivered these training to
group of vulnerable youth members in her community. Her previous teaching experience came
handy in conducting the youth trainings.

She currently is volunteering with Peace and Development Foundation in different social
mobilization assignments.

Turab-ul-Haq has been associated with corporate banking sector but his interest and willingness to
contribute towards community development brought him as Young Leader / Master Trainer,
Lodhran for LEAD Pakistan’s “Youth Leadership and Skills Development Training” project in

Ali Samad has a working experience of over 6 years. He has been associated with Sangtani Women
Rural development Organisation and has undertaken many field jobs. Ali Samad joined Lead Pakistan

and Skills Development Training” under which he received trainings of 5 days each on Youth

Shazar has been associated with Aman Welfare Organisation and aslo works as an Electric Technician
at a local Medical Laboratory. He comes with almost 4 years of working experie nce in development
sector. Shazar joined Lead Pakistan in October, 2015 as a Master Trainer, Lodhran for UMEED
JAWAN project titled Youth Leadership and Skills Development Training” under which he received
trainings of 5 days each on Youth Leadership, Peace and Conflict Management, Life Skills and Local
Community Development. As a master trainer he further delivered these training to group of
vulnerable youth members in his community.
16. Ms. Sidra Aslam
Sidra is the youngest colleague in the cohort of 32 selected Master trainers by LEAD Pakistan. She is
presently enrolled in bachelor’s degree program from Islamia College, Bahawalpur. Sidra joined
LEAD Pakistan’s “Youth Leadership and Skills Development Training” project in collaboration with
Umeed Jawan in November, 2015. Under the project she received trainings of 5 days each on Youth
Leadership, Peace and Conflict Management, Life Skills and Local Community Development. As a
master trainer she further delivered these training to group of vulnerable youth members in her
community.
17. Mr. Asher Younas Email: [email protected]
Asher Younas is an exceptionally committed, creative and result oriented Welfare Eligibility Worker.
Since Tsunami devastated huge multitude of Sri Lanka in 2005, he is engaged in Social Activism. He
had been giving lectures on family planning in Colombo, Sri Lanka. Then came back to Pakistan and
taught in Royal Commerce College for 2 years as an English Teacher. In 2007 again got scholarship to
study abroad and went to Philippines to Study Medical Ethics. Came back to Pakistan and worked in
BISP as a final checker of Poverty score card. For one year he has worked as Program Manager in
Purva Development Society Layyah. In 2011 he had been installed as District Team Leader in FAFEN
at Muzaffargarh on STAP project. He has the privilege to work as Master Trainer in LEAD Pakistan, on
Climate Change Project in Muzaffargarh. He has worked in Trinity Enterprises Solutions (Pvt) as
General Manager for one year in Islamabad, for American Embassy. Later came back to Multan and
started working in Peace and Development Foundation as Program Manager since Sept 2013.
Occasionally he works as translator and teaches two subjects (Theology of Business Ethics, Theology
of Work) of BAKKE University’s Out Reach Program, in Pakistan’s 6 Districts and in Nepal. Currently
he is working in Peace and Development Foundation and Facilitating the Organization as Master
Trainer for CYAAD Org on Youth Leadership and for LEAD Pakistan; on youth Leadership in four
Districts of South Punjab.
He has done Bachelor of Philosophy (B.ph) from Rome. He has done Bachelor of Theology from NCIT
Karachi, affiliated with Australian University. He has done Master in Theology from Sri Lanka, and did
Special Studies on Medical Ethics from Santa Monica Institute of Religious Studies, Philippines.
He loves to make friends all over the world. He is peace loving and tranquil personality, he considers
himself Peace Ambassador. He likes to travel a lot within and across the countries.
18. Mr. Kashif Mirza

marketing but his interest and willingness to contribute towards

Zeeshan joined Lead Pakistan in September, 2014 as a Youth Leader /
Master Trainer in project titled; “Youth Leadership and Skills
Development Training” in support with Umeed Jawan. Under the

and Conflict Management, Life Skills and Local Community
Development. As a master trainer he further delivered these training to
group of vulnerable youth members in his community.
He recently has done his graduation in Business Administration from
the Preston University. He loves History about places and about the diverse cultures of the world. In
order to, he studies different religions thoroughly in his leisure time.

Rashida is a seasoned development sector colleague and has been from the founding members of
Aman Welfare Organization working in health, reproductive and sexual health, disaster and climate
change, agriculture and livestock, youth and minorities, Democracy and human rights. Rashida has
served with LEAD Pakistan as Master Trainer in Umeed Jawan’s “Youth Leadership and Skills
Development Training” project. During the project she been trained as Master Trainer on modules of
Leadership for Youth, Peace and Conflict Management, Life Skills and Local development Issues. She
has also been engaged in delivering the same training to vulnerable youth belonging to their
communities to develop their skills for personal and professional development.

Syed Shahbaz Hussain is Chief Executive Officer and founder member of Aman Welfare Organization,
Syed Shahbaz Hussain is master trainer of Lead Pakistan, DTCE and SAP Pakistan. His major job and
responsibilities are lobbing for organization, monitoring of all organizational activities. He has
worked as partner with the following organizations, AWAZ Foundation Multan, DTCE Islamabad, SAP
–Pakistan, Pattan Multan, SPO Multan, District Government Multan, WPF Islamabad, and National
Council Islamabad.

Maryam Ghazi joined LEAD Pakistan as a Master Trainer/ Youth Leader
in September 2014 for project titled “Youth Leadership and Skills
Development Training”. As part of the Master Trainer capacity building
programme she received trainings on Leadership for Youth, Peace and
Conflict Management, Life Skills: Decision Making, Communication &
Interpersonal Skills and Local Community Development. For her
passion with social development, she participated in social activities,
joined youth clubs, participated in family festivals, attended a human rights awareness conference
organized by DEEPP Organization Multan and Pakistan Youth league etc.
She is Hafiza-e-Quran and has done Master in Islamic Studies. She has joined Teacher’s training
programme organized by AFAQ at BRITISH COUNCIL and also participates in ACTIVE CITIZENS in
2013-14.

Prior to joining LEAD Pakistan, Razia Shaheen Khan worked with several programs in Muzaffargarh
with AIMS Organization to facilitate interfaith harmony, gender and youth issues. She continues to
facilitate dialogues or advice on dialogue processes in her spare time. She holds a master’s degree
from Bahauddin Zikriya University, Multan. She is proficient in Urdu, English & Saraiki.

Kamran Zaffar Bhatti works in the areas of education, human rights
and peace building. He gives lectures, conducts trainings, workshops in
the said areas. He works with various levels of civil society
organizations like Citizen Commission for Human Development, Village
Friends Organization & others. Kamran Zaffar is working with AIMS Organization as a Program
Manager from last 3 years. Kamran Zaffar holds a Graduate degree from Pakistan. His passion is
building relations across communities and cultures based on justice and equality.
He has held many peace building awareness trainings, seminars, and awareness sessions for
community in order to sensitize them on peace building perspectives.
Kamran Zaffar worked with LEAD Pakistan, AIMS Organization, CYAAD, TVO, SPO, CCHD,VFO & other
organizations on various assignment in numerous roles.

Farzana has been working with Nahar King Welfare Organisation
for over three years in role of Master Trainer for district
Muzaffargarh. She was selected as Master Trainer for LEAD
Pakistan project “Youth Leadership and Skills Development
Training” in collaboration with Umeed Jawan. During the project
she received trainings of 5 days each on Youth Leadership, Peace
and Conflict Management, Life Skills and Local Community

Malik Shahid joined LEAD in September, 2014 as Master Trainer in
“Youth Leadership and Skills Development Training” Project in
collaboration with Umeed Jawan. He is assisting& empowering the
youth members of District Muzaffargarh through trainings of life
skills, leadership, and peace/conflict resolution along with
awareness on local development issues and challenges.
Malik Shahid has completed Masters in Economics in 2010 from BZU
Multan. He has 10 years’ experience; five years in Medical field and
five years in development sector & engaged with different Nationals & Internationals organizations
like Acted French, Cesvi Italian, Farmers Development Organizations and Sudhaar. He recently is
working as M & E Manager with HANDS Pakistan.

Kanwal has over four years of working experience in social mobilization, advocacy, and emergency
relief. She has worked as Master Trainer with CYAAD on the project of Citizenship and Conflict
management and Channan Development Association on youth capacity building trainings. She joined
LEAD Pakistan’s “Youth Leadership and Skills Development Training” project in collaboration with
Umeed Jawan in October, 2015 as a Master Trainer, Muzaffargarh. Under the project she received
trainings of 5 days each on Youth Leadership, Peace and Conflict Management, Life Skills and Local

Jawirya has almost three years of working experience in social development sector. Most of her
experience is related to trainings where she has served as Master Trainer on various assignments.
She joined LEAD Pakistan’s “Youth Leadership and Skills Development Training” project in
collaboration with Umeed Jawan in October, 2015 as a Master Trainer, Muzaffargarh. Under the
project she received trainings of 5 days each on Youth Leadership, Peace and Conflict Management,

trainings to group of vulnerable youth members in her community.

Saveer Ahmed Khan has vast experience in social sector. He is an
excellent team player and has strong interpersonal skills. Saveer has
served as Master Trainer and have attended many training workshops
including trainings of trainers (ToT).
He is working with Zia Welfare Council in LEAD Pakistan’s Climate
Change and Umeed Jawan project as Master Trainer. He has good
knowledge on climate change, leadership for youth, Peace and Conflict
Resolution, community development and life skills.
Previously, he has worked as School Supervisor, Social Organizer, Field Social Mobilizer and Team of
Field Social Organizer in ZWC and Khushali Bank since last 08 years.

Rashida Perveen joined srated her career in 2010 as Health Super visor in
APNA SEHAT in district Muzaffargarh. She has worked with Channan
Development Association as Master Trainer for youth capacity building
project. She was selected as Master Trainer for LEAD Pakistan project
“Youth Leadership and Skills Development Training” in collaboration with Umeed Jawan. During the
project she received trainings of 5 days each on Youth Leadership, Peace and Conflict Management,
Life Skills and Local Community Development. As a master trainer she further delivered these
training to group of vulnerable youth members in her community.
