7. Verify account type. a. Click “Upgrade Now” if your account is not Premium.

8. Once your account is upgraded, procced by selecting “Blue Button Medical Reports” from the Dashboard

9. Select “VA Blue Button Report” 10. Select the following fields

a. Select custom date range b. Set appropriate dates

i. Start Date First Day of Active Duty ii. End Date Today’s Date

c. Select “All Types of Information” d. Select Submit at the bottom of the page.

11. Download and Save PDF 12. E-mail PDF to Case Manager
