Product DescriptionBasic UseThe Solare Single-Glazed Frameless Partition is an aesthetically superior alternative to sold walls and a premium choice for organizing and dividing interior commercial spaces. Some features include full height floor to ceiling applications, faceted or curved configuration options, custom graphics and textures, dry jointed glazed installation (no adhesives), two-part glazing sections and fully demountableThe 1 × 1 inch aluminum track accommodates tempered, laminated, low iron and LCD glazing and may be of standard or custom RAL color. The track may also be of a straight or curved configuration. LCD, pivot, sliding and hinged doors may be installed. Wood and glass doors (single-glazed and double-glazed) are all compatible within the Single-Glazed system. The Single-Glazed system frame may be recessed into the wall giving a modern clean glass to wall break. If you prefer the more traditional look, the standard frame can be installed in the opening visibly framing the glazing.This frameless glass partition system is engineered to meet the technical specifications of architects and design professionals. Some features include: full height floor to ceiling applications, faceted or curved configuration options, custom graphics and textures, high quality hardware and fittings.
Glazing: tempered, laminated, low-iron and Lunar Smart Glass (see Accessories/Options); available in 3⁄8, 7⁄16, 1⁄2, 9⁄16, 3⁄4 and 13⁄16 inch thicknesses. The maximum heights for varying glazing thicknesses is shown in Sizes and Dimensions. Maximum panel width is 60 inches.The Solare Single-Glazed Partition System is fully demountable. Its components contain recycled material and are infinitely recyclable. The Solare Single-Glazed Partition System meets LEED® Characteristics. LEED 2009 (v3):?MRc3, MRc4, MRc5, MRc7, EQc4.2, EQc8.1 and EQc8.2. LEED v4: MRc1, MRc3, MRc4, MRc8, EQc2, EQc7 and EQc8.
Aluminum-Framed Entrances and StorefrontsAvailable in single- or double-glazed with hinged or pivot designs for single- and double-door configurations. Available in free swing, sliding and self-closing. Doors can be glass or solid core wood.
Composition and MaterialsPerimeter framing: 6063-T5 aluminum, which complies with ASTM B221. 304 stainless steel cladding, complying with ASTM A666, is also available.
Glazing complies with ASTM C1048, Kind FT (fully tempered), Condition A (uncoated surfaces), Type I (transparent), tested for surface and edge compression per ASTM C1048 and for impact strength per 16 CFR 1201 for Category II materials.
Wood doors: solid core doors with 1⁄8 inch veneers.
Door hardware: stainless steel bases with US32D brushed stainless steel finish. Custom finishes available.

Accessories/OptionsLunar Smart Glass: This technology-driven glass wall utilizes LCD technology to provide privacy at the click of a switch. This system is a solution for the interior privacy needs. The primary component to this solution is the intelligent glass and corresponding electric current. This provides a multi-layered approach, compressing Electrified Privacy Film within a clear adhesive and glass shell at each end. This electrified privacy film uses approximately 4 watts per square meter (0 Watts in Privacy). With installation, a 1 inch aluminum head and base as standard. Once installed, LCD glass can go from private to translucent in 1 millisecond.When activated, it provides UV Blockage greater than 98 percent.
