Actual campaigns

User data:

Determinations of demand are temporary campaigns that determine the requested articles and quantities prior to production start. After the deadline, the cumulated material requirements are reported to Audi AG, which then decides whether the requested articles will be produced. Should this be the case, your shopping cart will be processed as order. Typical examples for this are catalogue supplies of Audi AG and quattro GmbH. The assessment of demand period is shown on the right of the corresponding campaign. Campaigns that were activated after your last ADOS session also receive the comment "NEW". Demand polls soon to expire are highlighted by red flashing and marked with the comment "ENDS SOON". Articles from continous offers are permanently available to you; an order is processed immediately as long as the article is available. This applies to a large part of „Point of Sales“ articles.

5. „Campaigns“ In „Mailing“ campaigns, selected articles of this category, e.g. sample mailings, mailing components, CD/DVD ROMs with high resolution data, etc. are permanently offered. Furthermore, possible purchase requisitions for importer-specific mailings can be handled there, as well as finishing costs. 5.1 The „Campaign information text“ Each campaign in ADOS has its own information text, which provides you with details such as order deadline, campaign period, minimum order quantities, contact persons, etc. This text is hidden by default and can be viewed by clicking on the function "Show info". 5.2 Registering demand of Audi sales literature After you have selected a catalogue campaign under "Determination of demand", you can view the currently available AUDI sales literature. You must first select the language version of the requested catalogue in the sub-menu. Next you will be prompted to enter the required catalogue quantity. Finally, you can also order a WEB-PDF by placing a checkmark. IMPORTANT! Should you require your own language version, you must order a minimum of 2000 catalogues (AUDI AG). You will then receive the information for translations. World language versions (09, 18, 46, 50, 52, 60 and 75) usually have no minimum quantities. However, if the total order volume of a world language version is insufficient, the catalogue will not be printed. In such a case we will inform you about possible alternatives.

version By using the according arrow button on position level or „Add to shopping cart“ at end of campaign, the purchase requisitions for production planning are taken into consideration. Finally, ADOS shows the purchase requisition to each article at the end of the line.

Selection of the cart types

The „Continuous offer“, „Mailing“ or „Determination of demand“ shopping carts remain empty until they have been filled in the relative campaigns. The „Shopping cart“ view contains only the part of your orders that have not been partially or completely dispatched. Continuous offers are articles that are permanently offered in ADOS, i.e. mainly „Point of Sales“ articles. Your order will be executed as soon as you have confirmed it in the „Standing offer“ area in the „Shopping cart“ view. Determinations of demand are first collected within a fixed period. Afterwards AUDI AG decides whether to produce the requested articles. If this is the case, an order is generated from your purchase requisition; typical examples for this are the catalogues of Audi AG and quattro GmbH.

6. The „Shopping cart“ In „Mailing“ campaigns, selected articles in this category, e.g. sample mailings, mailing components, CD/DVD ROMs with high resolution data, etc. are permanently offered. Furthermore, possible purchase requisitions for importer-specific mailings can be handled there, as well as finishing costs. 6.1 „Determination of demand“ shopping cart After selecting the „Shopping cart“ option, and subsequently "Determination of demand“ you will receive a summary of the current content of your "Determination of demand" shopping cart, broken down by campaigns. The individual shopping cart entries are purchase requisitions, i.e. they are considered in production planning. If the requested article is produced, your purchase requisition turns into a firm order and you will receive a confirmation via e-mail from ADOS as soon as it is dispatched. In addition, this shopping cart position is removed and transferred to "Order history". 6.1.1 Entering delivery dates in „Determination of demand“ shopping carts You have the option to enter a delivery date in each position of your shopping cart. This date must be in line with the availability period. After simple selection of the date requested by you, this deadline is saved by „ADOS“ provided that it is within the specified availability period, and you subsequently pressed „Update cart“.
