15,260 surveys distributed. 2,097 completed for survey return rate of 13.7%.

Of the 38 centers included in survey, 33 had approval rates of 80% or higher. Five centers did not meet the 80% satisfaction goal. Two of the five are federally funded centers.

There weren’t as many centers with adaptive keyboard devices - enlarged keyboard keys or voice activated capabilities, and active input devices were only available at a few centers

Only 50% have capacity to update websites on quarterly basis. Only 66% are fully accessible and only 25% have counters to measure number of hits. 73% of centers with websites admitted a need to redesign their website.
