two weeks after you received your Letter of Acceptance (send us the bank receipt)
*in case of Medicine/Dentistry: $ 2,000
Your seat is guaranteed
The outstanding amount of the tuition fee is payable before registering to the University.
Pay the outstanding amount of the tuition fee at least 2 months before the course starts, so you
have time for the visa procedure.
Visa supporting letter and health insurance sent to you
by the University
To obtain a visa entitling for residence permit in your home
country make an appointment with the Hungarian Embassy or Consulate
Collect and submit all necessary documents, attend the visa interview

4. BEFORE AND UPON ARRIVAL

Acceptance)
If you miss the Hungarian Crash Course you can attend Hungarian
course during the semester for the fee of 500 USD.
If you are a student of the January BMC program: write a placement
test
For registration take school leaving certificate passport 1 passport-size photo proof about the payment of full tuition fee
and submit all these in the CCIE and you will receive your health
insurance and University card
At the Registrar’s Office submit
registration form signed and sealed by the CCIE 1 passport-size photo
so you can receive Neptun code and lecture book, your subjects
will be registered in the electronic academic system
(Neptun)
REGISTRATION COMPLETE
(student status certificate is sent to the Immigration Office)
Further official duties:
- register yourself at the Immigration Office
- complete the compulsory medical checkup
- apply for a Student card (optional) - open a bank account (optional)
The University does not accept late arrivals after the second week of
the Academic Year!
