RY2009 TRI-MEweb Issues

Users had trouble finding/generating their Electronic Signature Agreement (ESA)

CDX has recently changed from SSL to TLS encryption.

– CDX login page will not appear and seems to be off-line– If you are using Internet Explorer, go the Tools menu and

select Internet Options. “Use TLS 1.0” should be checked. Confusion between transmitting form to CDX to be

certified and certifying form to be submitted to EPA for approval

9

RY2010 Solutions

CDX email will be sent to CDX inbox AND CO’s email address with PDF attachment of ESA.

TRI-MEweb Troubleshooting guide included in RY2010 RFI.
