Students prefer French as a second language compared to other languages. The reason behind this is the ease and simplicity involved in learning this language. If you are well versed with French then you have a better chance of finding a job in any European country. France is the one of the most visited countries in the world which is crowded by a very high number of tourists every year. You can learn French language from any foreign language speaking institute in your locality. The French vocabulary has many resemblances to the English vocabulary which makes it easier to learn. French literature and history play a huge role in global education. You will find topics like French revolution in almost every syllabus around the world. France is a country with lots of opportunities in terms of academics and employment. Therefore, learning French will be a huge plus point if you plan to visit France any time in the future. While learning any language, there are different levels based on which the proficiency of the person’s language learning ability is defined. There are 4 levels, namely A1, A2, B1 and B2.
