Congratulations to all of you! MAY COMMENCEMENT Saturday, May 18 10:00 a.m. California Memorial Stadium Doors open at 8:00 a.m. Graduating students must arrive by 8:30 a.m. to line up for the processional. All graduates must register at commencement.berkeley.edu by April 20 to be listed in the program. Graduates who register after the deadline are welcome to walk, but their names will not be printed. Please note that this is a firm deadline with no exceptions. All graduates must have tickets for themselves and their guests. Tickets are $10 for guests and complimentary for graduates, who can purchase up to 15 guest tickets. If guest tickets are still available on the day of commencement, they will be sold in front of the venue. Children age two and younger are admitted free. Please note that all sales are final and there are no refunds or exceptions. View the stadium’s clear bag policy at calbears.com/beclear. Approved bags include clear plastic bags not exceeding 12" W x 12" H x 6" D, and small clutch bags no larger than 4.5" x 6.5". Graduates’ names will not be called during the ceremony. Graduates are welcome to walk in their department ceremony where their names will be called. GradImages will photograph each graduate, with photographs available for purchase after the ceremony. Graduates do not receive diplomas during commencement. All undergraduate diplomas will be mailed approximately 3.5 months after graduation. Department Graduations Each school, college, or department plans its own ceremony, in which each graduate walks across the stage to receive a commemorative certificate.
