dwindling number of missionaries as asystemic problem, Dr. G.T. Ng, emphasizesthe low salaries and churchs limited budgetas some of the reasons. It would demand an

extreme level of sacrifice for the qualified andexperienced missionaries to leave their post forfewer resources.

How to sustain the self-supporting ministry The 10/40Windowwithout resorting to solicitation?

There are 2 systems used to put up The 10/40 Window:one trains missionaries on weekends, and the other trainsthem financially on other days. The weekend training willequip missionaries for personal and public evangelism. The

other 2-hour scheduled training will enable missionaries tostand up on their feet financially and be able to supporttheir family in 1-2 years, until they are able to work full timeas missionaries with all the benefits of all the resources theyneed. The training is based in Thailand, and we will sendthem to India, Vietnam, Russia and to those countries whoneed more help. Other trainings in other countries, like thePhilippines, India, and others are subject for arrangement.

Second System: Warning

The passive income generated should be placed on the rightperspective that God is our Master, and money/resources is/areour slave. Like a double-edged sword, a passive income can be anasset to your life and ministry, or it can be a liability to losing yoursoul. It doesn't have to be rich or poor to have either God or

money as your master; the one that controls your life in many ways(e.g. fear of losing money, job, etc.) is your master. If we work formoney, then money is our master; if we let money work for us,then money is our slave as a means toward a better end, that is,

spreading the Gospel. When you reach that level, time becomesthe issue, and no longer money. We are losing much time by notapplying the art of leverage (i.e. doing more results with lesseffort).

1. Have great love for Jesus and for people2. Missionary-minded3. Have great leadership skills (able to meet goals,lead, are visionary, etc.)4. Team-player (open-minded, collaborative,coachable, etc.)5. Have full-time job in Thailand
