Kingdom LeaderA transformed business leader called to ministry in the market-place, daily

reflecting Christ in all relationships and through business excellence.

Kingdom CompanyA business where the key leaders embrace in every aspect of their role the

purpose of God and His righteousness.

Our Strategic Plan• To make the word of God available to business leaders.

• To provide resources to pastors to help them equip business leaders.

A journey with Christ, in the pursuit of personal and business transformation.

These pathways, when followed intentionally and fervently, will produce:

Kingdom Leaders and Kingdom Companies, whose purpose is to bring about

transformation in the market-place.

Spiritual maturity

God created us to bring Him glory on this earth and to participate in His Kingdom

work. Our work is a means of honouring the Lord as a full part of His creation

plan. We are anointed to be His servants and therefore we must pursue a

pathway to spiritual maturity in order to accomplish His perfect plan for our lives.

Life in BalanceTrue balance helps us pursue priorities with maximum effectiveness for His

purposes.

Life with WisdomHearing from God brings great wisdom to establish principles in every area of

life.

Life with Family and OthersA growing relationship with God results in a growing love of others.

Life with GodThe ultimate pursuit of life is to establish and foster a living relationship with the

living God.

Spiritual Maturity Self-AssessmentGod created us to bring Him glory on this earth and to participate in His kingdom

work. Our work is a means of honouring the Lord as a full part of His creation

plan. We are anointed to be His servants and therefore we must pursue a

pathway to spiritual maturity in order to accomplish His perfect plan for our lives.

Below are twenty aspects that reveal some characteristics of spiritual maturity.

Reflect on these statements, asking God to reveal areas of strength and growth,

and then tick the appropriate column.

Luke 2:52: Jesus grew in wisdom and stature, and in favour with God and men.

How did you do? The degree of “evidence” is a measure, though subjective of

course, of your current maturity in Christ.

Determine today to focus on at least those aspects that you can attend to right

away. Pray about them first. Ask a friend to hold you accountable.

Servant Leadership

5

Page 6: 105 Pathways

God works through leadership in every facet of life. Therefore good leadership is

critical to any organisation. In the leadership development pathway members will

learn the essence of servant leadership and move towards honing their

leadership skills.

The Task of LeadershipA leader’s responsibility is larger than what he can do by himself. The ability to

recruit and energise a team is essential.

The Means of LeadershipHow to take conversations deeper and to get to core issues. Conversations that

change things. How a leader deals with conflict will dictate whether he rises or

falls.

The Heart of LeadershipLeadership begins with the leader. Leadership is built from the inside out. If we

want to lead and manage others, we must begin with ourselves.

The Source of LeadershipAs the most influential and critical book in history, God’s “special revelation” (The

Bible) to His beloved mankind is the authority on Servant Leadership.

Servant Leadership Self-AssessmentGod works through leaders in every facet of life. Good leadership is critical to

every organisation.

Below are twenty aspects that reveal some characteristics of the servant leader.

7 I allow others to hold me accountable. 8 I seek to understand the other person before trying to

of valuing and nurturing relationships and resolving conflict biblically. The heart of leadership

Market-place Ministry

Work is ministry and ministry is work. Your business or career can be the most

challenging and fulfilling ministry anyone can ask for. On the Ministry

Development path we will develop and implement a ministry plan that impacts

employees, customers, suppliers and the market-place for Christ.

Ministry TransformationThe ultimate goal of market-place ministry is to see God’s transforming power

work through us in our sphere of influence.

Ministry ActionHaving a good plan motivates us to implementation. God would have us to be

people of commitment, which is followed by steps of intentional action.

Ministry PlanningAs planning is important to the proper running of a business, the process of

planning is essential in fulfilling our calling as market-place ministers.

Ministry Principles

8

Page 9: 105 Pathways

to the way God works and according to His values.

understand there is an eternal perspective in all that you do in the workplace?

place. Reflect on these statements, asking God to reveal areas of strength and

growth, and then tick the appropriate column.

Organisational Excellence

Business excellence is a process of making sound business decisions that result

in continually improving business operations. It is an active discipline to seek the

Lord’s “best practices” by examining the Scriptures, consulting with peers and

industry experts to work through specific business issues and opportunities.

Business Relationships Expectations, Benefits, Personal Development and Leadership Development

Business Financing Ownership Structure, Financing and Business Growth

Planning ExcellenceProcess of developing, implementing and adjusting a business plan through

organisational excellence, and having appropriate accountability

directors, principal owners, investors or customers, we should pursue excellence

much more for the sake of the true owner, God. Below are twenty aspects that

focus on biblical business principles. Reflect on these statements, asking God to

reveal areas of strength and growth, and then tick the appropriate column.

Colossians 3:23: Whatever you do, work at it with your whole heart, as working

for the Lord, not for men.

The Five Giants

Progress Report

James 1:22-25 “Do not merely listen to the word, and so deceive yourselves. Do what it says. Anyone who listens to the word but does not do what it says is like a man who looks at his face in a mirror and, after looking at himself, goes away and immediately forgets what he looks like. But the man who looks intently into the perfect law that gives freedom, and continues to do this, not forgetting what he has heard, but doing it-- he will be blessed in what he does.” (NIV)
