Cancellationswill only be accepted during office hours andcancellation charges are determined from the timeat which we receive written notification of thecancellation. You can either return your ticket to usby post or in person or send an email to confirm thecancellation. We charge a fee to cover administrationand other costs and cancellation charges are as follows:

Up to 48 hours before departure…20% of total paidLess than 48 hours before departure…50% of total paidLess than 24 hours before departure…No refund

In addition, no refund will be given for any prepaidmeal, theatre ticket, admission charge, etc. which isincluded in the ticket price and not recoverable by us.On most tours, if your cancellation is made morethan four weeks before departure, you may beable to change your booking to another day tour onpayment of a transfer fee of £1.50pp. You are alsowelcome to pass on your ticket to a friend at noextra charge but it’s a good idea to let us know thatsomeone else will be travelling in your place.

We reserve the right to withdraw any excursion due tolack of support or circumstances beyond our control.Any such cancellation would usually be made nolater than one week before departure and, in thisinstance, your fare would be refunded in full andthis would be the limit of our liability.

Departure TimesDuring the journey, our driver will announcedeparture times from each stop. Please make sureyou note these details carefully. If you are late, we willhave to leave without you, to avoid inconvenience tothe other customers. If that should happen, we willnot be liable for any costs you incur. Health & SafetyIf you wish to board the coach with items other thannormal hand luggage or suitcases, please obtain ourconsent at the time of booking. Special Care for Disabled CustomersOn each tour, we hold two front seats for the use ofcustomers who have a Registered Disability or aBlue Badge (and their companion). However, someexcursions may involve long journeys or long walksand some visitor attractions (especially theatres)may have steps and no lift. If you tell us about yourdisability before you book, we will do our best tocheck that a tour is suitable for you. At your ownrisk, we are happy to carry a limited number ofwheelchairs, walkers and scooters, although theycannot be secured in the luggage compartment norcan we be held responsible for any damage to them.Wheelchair and scooter users must be accompaniedby someone who is able to take charge of the chair(or scooter) and, where appropriate, dismantle andreassemble it, disconnect any batteries and load itinto the luggage area. No individual piece ofequipment should weigh more than 15 kgs andSchedule 3 scooters are not permitted under anycircumstances. Our drivers are happy to providegeneral assistance but cannot provide help thatextends to the lifting and carrying of any passengeror their wheelchair or scooter, nor to act as carers.

please remember that you park at yourown risk and you need to pre-book aspace at the time you make your
