Ippon KumiteAttack 1 - Seiken-Oi-Tsuki-Jodan.Defence & Counter Attack - Seiken-Jodan-Uke, Kin Geri.

Attack 2 - Seiken-Oi-Tsuki-Chudan.Defence & Counter Attack Seiken-Mae-Gedan Berai, Hiza Geri.

Exercises10 Seiken push ups.20 Stomach pulls.Four in one stretching exercise.

NoteStudents will be tested for their ability on the above techniques in Fudo Dachi and moving in Zenkutsu-Dachi. Fists to be held closed at all times.

9th Kyu

Students will need to have a knowledge of the following :

History of Kyokushinkai and International Federation of Karate.

QualificationsIt is expected that the candidate must have national or international Tournament experience (fighting or support), together with a good standard of technique and all round fighting ability.

Qualifications as a judge in Clicker and Knockdown will be considered.

The candidates character and general abilities as an instructor will be taken into consideration.

Sandan - 3rd Dan

Qualifications The candidate must be a Kata judge and should have one other qualification as a referee, in Clicker or Knockdown.

Ability to demonstrate, teach and explain all of the previous Kihon and Kata.

KataGaryu,Seipai,Sushiho. Candidate will need to create their own Kata and demonstrate this to the examining panel with full explanations.


Recommended
