1. On D e c e m b e r 28, 2011 Varona f i led a request of admissions conforming with Fl. R. ofCiv. Procedu re 1.370, See ; request of Adm issions as Exh ib it "A".2. On January 27, 2012 LTA Logistics, Inc., et al , acting through its counsel f i led into th e

4. Plaintif f(s) has f i led a resp onse to re quest for adm issions in a t imely man ner, in to theCourts rec ord, and has not objected to any in terrogator ies.5. Varona states that 16 answe rs on plaintiffs response to reques t of admissions are in-suff ic ient Bec ause they are fa lse and f raudu len t responses in the i r face . LTA Logistics, Inc., e t al, and its counse l Scott Egelston P A Florida Bar No 883425 haveconspired with each other to l ie and mislead this court by knowingly filing false, deceptive,f raudulent responses to V aro na's Reque st of admissions in order to prevent the Court formknowing the true facts of the case, obstruct just ice and a number of o ther cr im es such avio la t ion of due process (5 th amendm ent) . Because no cr iminal comm unicat ion betweenattorney and client is pro tec ted or immune they are both l iable.13. Varona has an expectat ion of 'Good Faith ' on the part of the Plaintiff(s) and their counselas Agent(s)/employee(s) on behalf of 'companies, corporations, government corporations oroff icers of the court to answe r th e inquir ies, to give proof, to produce requested documentsand ev idence .14. Flor ida Bar Number 883425 is an off icer of the cour t and is boundby oath and the Rules of Profess iona l Conduct to be honest and candid wi th th e t r ibunal .W h e n a lawyer speaks or fi les documents in court , as an off icer of the court, it is presumedhe is tel l ing th e truth. H is w o r d as an off icer of the cour t carr ies more weigh t than th e wordsof an unknown pro se litigant and the cour t is therefore obl igated to bel ieve th e lawyer overthat of someone l ike m e.21. A lie is a knowing m isrepresenta t ion of the truth. Knowingly providing false informationin an of f ic ia l proceed ing to inter fere wi th th at pro ce e din g - eve n i f you' re not under oath - is acr ime.22. The Plaint i f f (S) and t he i r counse l in t h is ca se seem to be mak ing an argument tha t l awye rshave a r ight to be dishonest and decei t fu l . I t is as i f to make a mockery of the Rules ofProfessional Conduct . I suppose one has to bel ieve that just ice will ultimately preva i l .S o m e o n e has got to p ro t ec t and p rese rve th e Integri ty of the j ud ic ia l sys tem. I hope th isCour t agrees.
