JAZA with two (2) companions on-board three (3) motorcycles visited Alviera. They

were escorted by Security Team from SCTEX Porac tollgate to Alviera premises.

JAZA and companions conducted inspection within Alviera, particularly at

the future Alveo site.They were assisted by Mr. Jiomy De

Guzman.

On July 12, 2013, Lt. Larry Sancho of Triple L did coordination with former DC

Rollie Baliscao regarding passage of Triple L equipments through Alviera

premises going to Brgy. Mapita.On July 13, 2013, Triple L equipment

already passed by at Alviera.

However, on July 18, 2013, it was discovered by Mr. Jiomy De Guzman and Mr. Dennis Salazar that Triple L

already made access road inside Alviera going to Triple L.

On duty Security Personnel were made to explain and were given disciplinary

action.Oct. 12,

2013Typhoon “Santi” hit Pampanga area

particularly Porac.One (1) small tent

was damaged during the typhoon.

Likewise, two (2) doors of cabinet at Natures’ Park were removed due to

strong wind.Damages were reported to Mr. Aries

Around fifteen (15) members of “Aniban” with three (3) Brgy. Kagawad of

Hacienda Dolores namely Mr. Alan Ocampo, Rey Alvarado and Adonis Galiza were monitored near Post 9

(future Alveo site). They were allegedly looking for a missing carabao of Mr.

Omar Franco.

After few minutes, the group of Leonio and Arsenal Security composed of

eighteen (18) personnel also arrived which resulted to near commotion but

were pacified by the three (3) Kagawad and a five-man Security Team led by SO

Raymond Alvarado.

Balukbok area of Brgy. Hacienda Dolores

Likewise, huts of Mr. Roberto Lumanlan and Mr. Tolentino were destroyed by unknown persons.

Rally conducted by around 200 members of

Aniban Group with support from other groups such as Anak Pawis, AMGL and

Central Luzon Aeta Association.

At around 1400h of same date, a

dialogue was held at the Session Hall of Municipal Hall of

Porac.

Dec. 6, 2013

1910h

Alleged throwing of grenade to the residence of Orgas family last 1910h of December 6, 2013.Mr. Jessel Orgas claimed that he heard a motorcycle and afterwards, an alleged grenade already exploded. Reportedly, said motorcycle headed towards SCTEX.

SOCO Team from Angeles City Crime Laboratory recovered one (1) piece grenade and collected pcs of MK-2 fragments for scientific examination.

Mr. Modesto Posadas-Shooting incident. Mr. Posadas was driving his motorcycle driving along SCTEX hi-way vicinity of Brgy. Cangatba area when two (2) unidentified persons riding on a single motorcycle overtook him and fired two consecutive times.

Mr. Posadas was hit at the right arm. Suspects fled away and headed to Brgy. Mancatian area. The victim was then rushed to Jose S. Lapid District Hospital

Jan. 7, 2014

Arrest of son of Mr. Ener Tolentino, (son of Brgy. Capt. Antonio Tolentino) due to charcoal making last January 7, 2014 inside LLL property.

Allegedly, Mr. Ener Tolentino was caught in the act of charcoal-making inside the fenced property of Triple L.

There is an encounter occurred at “Balukbok” area between Arsenal Security Team and

Aniban members. Arsenal Security Officer, SIC Larry Sabado was found wounded while OIC Clark Feliciano was also injured. On the other hand, Aniban member, Arman Padinio was killed during the encounter while Noel

Tumali who was shot at the back was brought to the Hospital.

At around 1100h, we received information that more or less ten (10)

Aniban members were having meeting at Barrio Baluga.

We heightened our alert level and made security re-alignment here at

our Security Detachment.

Jan. 13, 1000h to

1830

Aniban conducted rally with more or less two hundred (200) participants including their supporters such as Anakbayan and AGML (Alyansa ng mga Magsasaka ng Gitnang Luzon) in relation to the death of their member, Mr. Arman Padinio.

On or about 1600h, the body of Mr. Padinio was brought in front of the Municipal Hall of Porac.

Capt. Tony Tolentino was allegedly arrested by PNP Team and was brought to San

Fernando, Pampanga.

However, Capt. Antonio Tolentino was able to bail for his temporarily

liberty.
