At West Way Nissan our Dealer Management System is based on the industry leading Kerridge software with integration into our CRM, CSI and Workshop (RTC) systems. We also operate 1Link and Ebbon Dacs Leaselink with dedicated teams manning the systems constantly Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 6pm, assuring you of a professional response at all times. The West Way Nissan Fleet Sales Team consists of 3 Key Account Executives who are all fully trained on 1Link and Ebbon Dacs Leaselink. All fleet customers are assigned a dedicated Key Account Executive with full backup support.
Our highly trained Fleet Administration team will ensure the whole process of progressing each vehicle is completed smoothly, from carrying out the initial customer vehicle specification check (if required), to ordering the correct vehicle with Nissan GB, to finally invoicing and registering the vehicle. They will also oversee the complexities of managing the agreed Nissan fleet supports, ensuring that the correct fleet code is approved and the agreement signed, ensuring prompt rebate to the customer or deduction from vehicle invoice.
Every customer delivery is different, be it driven or transported (single or multiple vehicle), our Logistics team can provide a solution. With access to 50+ delivery drivers and investment in our own enclosed vehicle transporters, we can give a timed delivery (9.00am to 1.00pm or 1.00pm to 6.00pm), and a full customer handover and familiarization at the customers preferred delivery location (within the UK). All of our drivers are equipped with the latest ‘Electronic signature’ hand held devises; ensuring a speedy return of the final customer delivery note.
