  • Acceptable & unacceptable of cup shape over

    IBE.

    Prepared by CQA-HK Nov 2012

  • Triumph

Steps in producing acceptable overall cup

    appearance:

    1. Accurate cut work both lining and outer cup.

    2. No minus tolerance is allowed.

    3. Correct seam allowance.

    4. Tight stitch tension is not allowed.

    5. No over pulling while tacking cup operation.

    6. No cutting off excessive material unnecessary.

    7. Slight looseness is better, it will disappear after Re. cup. Suggest PC to make a

trail to confirm acceptable amount of looseness.

    8. Keep reference sample as Standard for sewing and staffs to follow.

    9. Any discrepancy found, pls. contact HK concerned department.

Important note: Failed to follow above will lead to customer complain,

    fitting issue & claim.
