Your Tour Price Includes :• Return economy class group airfare as per the itinerary & two US internal sector economy airfare. • Cost of Visa as of 15th Nov 2015.• All transfers and extensive excursions with entrance fees (as specified in the itinerary) by air conditioned coach. • Normal insurance charges for the duration of the tour are included in the tour price. However, any passenger above the age of 60 years and those who wish to extend their stay will be required to pay additional charges. • Services of a skilled, multilingual and affectionate Travel Professional or a local representative.

Your Tour Price Excludes :• Government Service Taxes (GST) as applicable on the total tour price.• Driver tips of USD 3 per person per day are payable on tour.• Personal expenses like porterage, laundry, wines, mineral water, mini bar, telephone calls etc. • Any extra meals not included in the itinerary. • Any excursions, local guides or entrance fees other than that mentioned in the itinerary.

Points to note :• On certain days, we may sometimes amend / reverse the itinerary. However, all the services / inclusions will remain the same.• Any change in your date of travel other than the group departure / return date will incur additional deviation charges relating to airfare, subject to availability of seats. This should be intimated to the sales staff minimum 30 days prior to the departure date. • Cost of Basic Travel Quota equivalent to US$ 10,000. • Difference or any change in the airfare charged by the airline will be borne by you. Airfare is calculated as on 15th Nov, 2015. • The foreign exchange component will be calculated as on the date of your payment and as per the respective day’s prevailing rate of exchange as per our card rates.• Most of the airlines in America and Canada have announced a revised check in bag policy wherein they will implement a $25 service fee for the first checked bag and $35 for a second bag per sector.This will apply to all flights within America/Canada. Customers will have to pay directly to the airline for the check-in baggage at the airport with a credit card or cash.• In case you are opting for any of the optional tours,the monies for the same will have to be paid on Day 1 of the tour to the Tour Manager. Please note no credit card payments will be accepted and booking once confirmed will attract full cancellation charges.
