Clancy Parent Council Happy Holidays Clancy Parents, Yes it's already time for CPC's Holiday Shoppe, we will be setting up the shoppe on Tuesday 12/8/15 at 5:30. We will have a brief meeting at the same time, discussion topics will be a hopeful update on ideas for replacement swings for the playground. And we will discuss refreshments for the Christmas/Winter Program coming up on 12/17. This meeting is more about getting the shoppe set up and chatting with other parents than conducting a lot of business, so if you've always wanted to attend a meeting but haven't , this is a great one to come check us out. We would also like to recognize the students who participated in the Fall Fundraiser their commitment to our school, is greatly appreciated! We sold an amazing $15666! Our top three sellers were: 1st Place- Avery Popp-3rd Grade 2nd Place- Maryah Lindsay- 3rd Grade 3rd Place- Griffen Norberg-2nd Grade

Top selling grades: 3rd Grade for primary grades 6th for Junior High We had approximately 40% of our students participate in the fundraiser selling at least one item. Your hard work gives us nearly $8000 to put toward playground improvements, and our sign fund. At our last meeting we discussed replacing and or repairing the swing sets, one is unsafe for use and needs to be replaced the others need new seats and chains, we voted to spend some funds to correct these problems and get it all of the swings up and swinging safely. Hope to see you Tuesday night! Travis Pierce
