We have a two-story house approximately 2700 square ft. We have a front porch on
both the lower
and top floors. We also have a small screen room with a pebbled-rock type flooring that
they also power
washed. All of the mold and mildew was removed and it was pretty bad especially on
the white porch railings on both floors. It actually looks like the siding has all been
repainted! I couldn't be happier. I can’t address the professionalism of the worker or
workers since I was out of town when the work was done, but the person I talked to on
the phone was knowledgeable and the price quoted was acceptable.

My initial contact with him was via email to his company. I received a response within
24hrs with an
apology for the delay! During our phone conversation, he explained everything about his

A Clean Wish showed up 30 minutes early and set up their equipment and began work
at the time
they quoted. They really pay attention to detail. Everything looked great and they are
extremely friendly.
I had a very small plastic shed outside and even though it wasn't in the agreement they
pressure washed it too at no additional charge. They were done with everything in about
2 hours. I did not know until I saw their truck that they also do landscaping. Inquiring
about some landscaping ideas led to them giving me some great lawn tips. These guys
are fantastic!

I chose the company because of the good reviews on Angie's List. I called and left a
message and
Barry called me back the same day. He gave me an estimate over the phone for the
home and said he
could let me know when he came how much the decks would be. After all the sunny
days we had for the past week or so, of course it poured rain the day he arrived. He was
very professional and handed me his business card when I opened the door. He spent
about 3 hours in the rain and did an excellent job. Most people would have rushed
through the job and probably charged more. My decks and windows and house haven't
shined so much in I can't remember when. They also do yard work and we have a big
lot with lots of trees which he said they charge by the hour so it would be hard to give an
exact estimate for cleaning up the leaves but I have a feeling it will be reasonable. We
may even hire them to do regular yard maintenance after all the leaves are done falling.
It sure is nice to find a company that you can trust.

Using previous ratings as a guide, I called A Clean Wish to make an appointment. I
received a call
back later in the day. Barry (the owner) asked about the size of the house and the
amount of landscaping
around the house that would need to be moved and/or protected. He estimated a
charge of $140.00. On the day of the appointment, he was a half hour early. He set-up
his equipment and finished in about two hours. The house is now spotless. Barry does
not use a high pressure washer. He saturates the siding with a plant friendly solution
and then, scrubbing where needed, rinses it off. This was important to me as I did not
want water forced under the siding. The cost was $140.00. I was and am totally satisfied
with the work that A Clean Wash did. I highly recommend this company and I will use
them again.

We were very pleased by the work and quality of service. Though he was booked solid
for quite some time, Barry squeezed us in in just under a week due to another
scheduling quirk. He arrived on-time and got straight to work. By the time he was done,
our house was no longer covered in disgusting mold. As we're new to SC, Barry let us
know that this is only required every couple of years, so that was nice to know. Also,
FYI, the price does depend on the size of the house, which I think is quite natural. Ours
is two story and around 1900 sq. ft. We will definitely use Barry's services again!

I love "A Clean Wish 1." They came out and did a great job. When I first contacted them
I had to leave a message on their answering machine and the owner actually called me
back which is unlike most companies that I call. He said that he owned the company
and this is what they were going to do for me, how much it was going to be, and that he

He was pretty easy to deal with. As far as I can remember, he did a good job. The
overall experience
was excellent. The price and quality were excellent. He came to me and explained that
the people who
cleaned before had used really, really high pressure that had basically removed the
protective coating from the paint on our columns. I was very impressed that he knew
what he was doing, and that he had actually invented his own washing solution that was
enzyme based and not bleach based. I was really happy with the results.

spraying our flowers to get all

The company was very easy to get in touch with. I spoke with Barry and scheduled a
day for the estimate which was very convenient. Barry gave us the estimate for
pressure washing the house, driveway and back patio as well as some concrete steps
going down to our pond and he offered to wash the small (2X4 maybe) wooden dock on
the pond (no chemicals of course). Because of work we were having to do to the house
we decided to wash everything except the house. I emailed Barry and asked for a

To begin with Barry was prompt in contacting me then was very accommodating with
my schedule. He did an exceptionally good job of pressure washing the house which
was seriously in need of
cleaning. Barry also pressure washed a small concrete patio which was not in our

The exterior of my house was filthy. The fascia and hardiplank siding were filthy with
grime and green algae. A significant portion of my deck was covered in black fungal
growth. Barry did a wonderful job with my house. Now, the house pops out, bright and
shiny, as if I had a paint job. The deck looks as if I had all the boards replaced. There is
a 10 X 10 shed next to the house that was filthy and not included in the estimate. Barry
took the time to do it anyway, for free. I really like it when the owner of the business is
the one who also does the work, rather than sending crews out to do it. Seems like
owners who do the work themselves really make an extra effort to do the job right. I

The company returned my call right away, and we set-up a date and time for a estimate.
He showed up on time and gave me a full estimate of the job he was bidding on. We

It is already a raised first floor and then the house starts. It is equivalent to a four-story
house because it is raised; so they did all the way up to the roof including the chimney

The owner asked that I remove everything off the porch. I was given an estimate and
that was what I was charged. He brought one person with him and they covered the
bushes and plants. They were finished in about a hour and a half. They also cleaned
the outside of the windows and screens. They did an excellent job and I was impressed
with them. They were very professional and efficient. There aren't many service people
in this area that I am impressed with but these people really impressed me. Call them

Did a great job. Showed up on time, actually a little early. I liked the fact that he didn't
use a ladder that might cause damage to the gutters. He had long extensions that
reached as far as he needed, getting hard to reach places. House didn't have a strong
smell of Clorox like my neighbor's house when finished. Whatever chemical he used
