Edit Group Notes

• You can put any number of names in the large text box at once. They should each be on a separate line. For example, you can copy and paste from an excel spreadsheet or other text list, and add all the names at once.

• The search will find "imbedded" names. For example, search for "Lai" will find "Claire" and other names.

staff list2. TAs: same access as Profs, in staff list3. Students: read all materials, post to discussion board,

in class list4. Learners: same as students, but not in class list5. Administrators: same access as Profs, not in staff list6. Guests: read materials, read discussion board, not in

lists
