In the case of obvious damage to the appliance or the cable, consult an Electrician. 3. Repairs of electrical equipment may only be carried out by trained person(s). 4. Do NOT allow children to use electrical equipment without supervision. 5. Avoid contact with the steam coming out of the spout area. 6. Never use the appliance outside or when it is exposed directly at the environment. 7. The boiler gets hot during use, therefore do not touch the appliance except for the handle. 8. Do not fill above the mark “MAX”, because the water may boil over and potentially splash out. 9. Do not open the lid while the water is boiling. 10. Do not put the kettle near/on cooker hot plates or gas burners. 11. If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its service agent or similarly qualified person in order to

avoid a hazard. 12. Use only on a dry, anti-slip, level surface. 13. Do not put the kettle, cord or plug in liquid. 14. Do not switch on the appliance when its lid is open. 15. Make sure that the kettle is switched off before lifting or pouring. 16. Always unplug your kettle when not in use. 17. If the kettle is overfilled, boiling water may be ejected. 18. Do not immerse the kettle or cord in water, or let moisture to be in contact with these parts. 19. If there is water in the kettle, do not burn it. Otherwise, the stainless-steel chassis will change color; and repeatedly dry burning

will reduce the life of the kettle. 20. Only suitable for water—DO NOT put other liquids in the jug kettle.

Important: Please read the instructions carefully before use. 2. Make sure your electricity supply is the same as the one shown on the underside of your kettle. 3. Unroll the cable completely 4. Throw away the first lot of water after boiling. 5. Remove all packing material and stickers. BOILING WATER 1. Open the lid. 2. Fill the jug kettle. 3. Unroll the cable completely. 4. Put the cordless model on its base.

5. Plug in the main plug. (Warning: appliance becomes hot during use). 6. Switch on the kettle. 7. The indicator lamp will turn on. 8. When the water is boiled, the appliance will switch off automatically. 9. Water can be poured out with the lid on. 10. The cordless model can be removed easily from its base. 11. The base remains near the socket. After use, the kettle should be replaced on its base at once, and it would be immediately ready

for use again. 12. Heating can be stopped at any time by operating the on/off switch. USING YOUR KETTLE 1. The appliance is only suitable for heating and boiling water. 2. Do not use any other liquids. The heating element must be covered with water (“0.5L” Or above on water level). Otherwise there

is danger of overheating. 3. Should the boil-dry protection operate, allow the kettle to cool down. The appliance will be ready for use once cooled. 4. The water gauge will show you how much water you have put in the jug. CLEANING AND CARE 1. Before cleaning first unplug the appliance. 2. Allow it to cool down. 3. Wipe it inside and out with a soft cloth. 4. Descale your jug kettle weekly. 5. Cover the heating elements with water and vinegar (2/3water and 1/3 vinegar). 6. Boil up the solution two or three times. 7. Rinse out the appliance and wipe with a soft cloth. SERVICE AND CUSTOMER CARE 1. Using your kettle 2. Servicing or repairs 3.
