GCS HAWKEYE III ™ LITE MOBILE VSAT GCS 1.2M Tri-Band COTP VSAT L Introducing the L3 GCS Hawkeye III Lite Mobile VSAT system. Developed with our current Hawkeye III Lite customers in mind, this system provides the same dependability, modularity and ruggedness that current Hawkeye III Lite users have come to expect coupled with the ability to mount the system on a vehicle for Communications-on-the-Pause (COTP) applications. This newly-designed VSAT system mounts to most vehicles and can be quickly-dismounted and converted to a land based terminal in a matter of minutes requiring no additional components. This capability allows the user to mount the system to a vehicle for transmission and receive capabilities while paused and then quickly transport the system to the next mission destination. As with the land-based Hawkeye III Lite flyaway terminal, this new terminal gives the user the ability to quickly change between frequency bands – having only to swap a feed boom assembly to switch between them. The L3 GCS Hawkeye III Lite COTP Mobile VSAT system is available in X-, Ku- and Ka-Bands.
