DAY 01: DEPART USA / KRAKOWToday: Your pilgrimage begins today as you depart on your overnight flight to Krakow. Meals and drinks served aloft.

DAY 02: KRAKOW / ARRIVALToday: Arrival. Airport assistance. Transfer to the hotel for check-in. Accommodation. Free time at leisure. Evening mass at local church.Evening: Dinner and overnight accommodations will be at your hotel in Krakow.

DAY 03: KRAKOWToday: Breakfast. Meet your guide for a half day guided tour of Krakow in golf cars “meleks”. Discover some of the most re-markable highlights of Krakow such as the Wawel Royal Castle and see the Royal Sigismund Bell, the Cathedral and the Smoc-za Jama. See as well the Collegium Maius, St. Mary’s Basilica and the old town of Krakow with its charming old town mar-ket square. The tour will continue to the Cloth Hall, St. Florian’s gate and Barbican. Go to the Archbishop’s palace. Free time for lunch. Follow in the footsteps of St. John Paul II in Old Town to visit Kanonicza Street where he reside while living in Krakow.Visit the Franciscan Church where Father Wojtyla love to come and spend quiet time in prayer. Mass at St. Mary’s Church - sub-ject to confirmation. Transfer to the hotel. Free time at leisure.Evening: Dinner and overnight accommodations will be at your hotel in Krakow.

DAY 04: KRAKOW / LAGIEWNIKI / WIELICZKA / KRAKOWToday: Enjoy a full day excursion including Lagiewniki and Wieliczka. After breakfast transfer to Lagiewniki. Short descrip-tion tour. Holy mass celebration in the famous shrine of Devine Mercy Shrine in Lagiewniki. Visit the Shrine of Divinity “Have no Fear” dedicated by Pope John Paul II on his last visit to Poland in 2002. Free time for lunch. In the afternoon continue to the famous Wieliczka salt mines (listed by UNESCO as World Heri-tage Site). During the tour you will see magnificent chambers chiseled out in rock salt. Amazing underground saline lakes, majestic timber constructions and unique statues sculpted in salt. After finishing the tour, transfer back to Krakow.Evening: Dinner and overnight accommodations will be at your hotel in Krakow.

DAY 05: KRAKOW / KALWARIA ZEBRZYDOWSKA / WADOWICE / KRAKOWToday: Enjoy a magnificent full day excursion to Kalwaria Zebrzy-dowska Wadowice. Celebrate a mass at Kalwaria Zebrzydowska Shrine (The Calvary is on the UNESCO LIST). Free time for lunch in Wadowice (“papieskie kremowki”). Continue in Wadowice and visit the birthplace of John Paul II. Transfer back to Krakow. Free time for a walk and shop-ping.Evening: Dinner and overnight accommodations will be at your hotel in Krakow.

DAY 06: KRAKOW / OSWIECIM / CZESTOCHOWAToday: After breakfast have a guided visit of Auschwitz (Oswiecim) concentration camp. It is here where St. Teresa Benedicta (Edith Stein) faced martyrdom and St.Maximilian Kolbe died the Death Block from starvation after volunteering his life for that of fellow prisoner. Af-terwards continue to Czestochowa. Upon arrival have a guided tour of the Shrine of Jasna Gora. On the visit we will see the Treasury, the Knight’s Hall, the Refectory and the Basilica of the Holy Cross and the Nativity of the Virgin Mary. Celebrate a holy mass at our Lady of Cze-stochowa Shrine.Evening: Dinner and overnight accommodations will be at your hotel in Czestochowa.

DAY 07: CZESTOCHOWA / WROCLAWToday: Breakfast. Morning Mass at Our Lady of Czestochowa Shrine. Continue to Wroclaw. Upon arrival meet your guide for a half day guided tour of Wroclaw. St John the Baptist Gothic Cathedral. See the Raclawice Panorama. Proceed to the Old Town with the marvelous restored Market Square at its center and its maze of cobble streets, canals, bridges and church spires. In this area you will find the bulk of Wroclaw’s historical monuments and museums, as well as many beau-tiful University buildings, soaring churches, and the city’s infamous gnomes. After finishing the tour transfer to the hotel for check-in ac-commodation.Evening: Dinner and overnight accommodations will be at your hotel in Wroclaw.

DAY 08: WROCLAW / HENRYKOW / KSIAZ / PRAGUEToday: After breakfast continue to Prague. Stop in the Cistercian Mon-astery in Henrykow to celebrate Mass. Proceed to visit the Ksiaz Castle in Walbrzych- In 1800- John Quincy Adams, later President of the Unit-ed States visited the Castle. Lunch in Ksiaz. Proceed to Prague. Transfer to the hotel for check in.Evening: Dinner and overnight accommodations will be at your hotel in Prague.

DAY 09: PRAGUEToday: Breakfast. Meet your guide for guided tour of Prague. Visit of Prague castle, the famous Charles Bridge, the old town square, Church of Our Lady Victorious where the famous statue of the Infant Jesus of Prague is preserved and venerated. Holy Mass will be celebrated in this Church. Enjoy the rest of the day on your own.Evening: Dinner and overnight accommodations will be at your hotel in Prague.

DAY 10: PRAGUE / BRNO / VIENNAToday: Breakfast. Meet your guide a transfer to Brno for a half day excursion. Brno is the second largest city in the Czech Republic. The city can be proud of its numerous landmarks, which are proof of its rich 800-year history. The city became historically important during the Thirty Year War, as it was the only town in Central Europe able to defend itself against the siege by the Swedish army. Functionalist architecture contributed to giving the city its modernist metropolis appearance. During the tour you will have the chance to learn more about the history of Brno from the middle Ages to the present day and the most important architectural buildings. Free time for lunch. Continue to Vienna for check-in hotel.Evening: Dinner and overnight accommodations will be at your hotel in Vienna.

DAY 11: VIENNAToday: After breakfast and mass at Katholische Deutschordenskirche meet your guide for a guided tour of Vienna. Visit the famous St. Stephans Cathedra. Have walk of the Old Town between University and Opera House, passing major monuments to include: Donner Fountain, Belvedere Palace Gardens, Karlskirche, Hofburg Palace, Rathaus, Bel-vedere. Free time for lunch. In the afternoon continue with a visit of Schönbrunn Palace. Then we will continue to Stift Klosterneuburg and Kahlenberg Hill for a sunset (if the weather and time permits).Evening: Dinner and overnight accommodations will be at your hotel in Vienna.

DAY 12: VIENNAToday: Breakfast. Mass at the Stift Heiligenkreutz. Free time for lunch. Enjoy the rest of the day on your own. Free time for shopping and personal activities.Evening: Dinner and overnight accommodations will be at your hotel in Vienna.

DAY 13: VIENNA / NEWARKToday: This morning we will transfer to the airport to catch our return flight home.

Single rooms are limited and will be awarded on a first come first serve basis.Meal Plan The meal plan offers 2 meals per day and consists of both break-fast and dinner. You are responsible for your lunch.Baggage Nativity Pilgrimage limits all passengers to 1 piece of checked luggage and 1 carry-on. (All passengers should check with the airlines car-riers for up to date baggage weight and dimensions).Airport Taxes, Fuel Surcharges and Security Fees.Daily Mass.Protection Plan during the trip.

THE TOUR PRICE DOES NOT INCLUDE

Expenses for passports or any additional documents that may be required. Personal Articles Laundry, wines, liquors, mineral water, tea, coffee and oth-er beverages, food that is not on the menus of your included meal package, and any additional luggage. Any sightseeing, other services, or personal items that are not specifically mentioned as being included in the itinerary.Tips for Guides and DriversLunchCancellation Protection Plan not included and is highly recommended attime of registration.

BOOKING CONDITIONS

A non-refundable deposit of $500.00 per person is required at time of booking. No reservation will be processed without a deposit. Final pay-ment is due 90 days prior to your departure date. Registrations received late within 60 days of departure will require Payment In Full. No deposits will be accepted at this time. We do not accept payments by credit card for deposits.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

YOUR CANCELLATION NOTICE SHOULD BE IN WRITING, AND SUBMITTED TO OUR OFFICE.

The IATA carriers, steamship firms and other transportation companies, whose services are featured in these tours, are not to be held responsible or accountable for any act, omission or event during the time the passen-gers are not on board their respective conveyance. The passage contract in use by these companies, when issued, shall constitute the sole contract between the companies and the purchaser of these tours and/or passen-gers and Nativity Pilgrimage, Inc. does not assume any liability or respon-sibility in connection therewith. They are not responsible for any losses or additional expenses due to delay or changes in air or other services, sickness, weather, strike, war, guarantees, or other causes. All such loss-es or expenses shall be borne by the passenger as tour rates provide for arrangements only for the time stated. The right is reserved to substitute hotels of similar quality to those specified in the itinerary.

The right is reserved to cancel any tour prior to departure, in which later case a full refund will constitute full settlement to the passenger.

No refund will be made for any used portion of the tour unless arrange-ments are made prior to departure from the United States.
