The roundtable was chaired by Ms Rita Teaotia, Secretary, M i n i s t r y o f C o m m e r c e and Industry (MoCI), GoI, M r S u d h a n s h u Pa n d ey, Joint Secretary, MoCI, GoI, D r. A n i l S a h a s ra b u d h e , Chairman, All India Council for Technical Education and Dr. GS Chauhan, Acting Chairman, UGC were among key dignitaries present for the session.
The discussion was focused on Education 4.0 and how new-age technologies can be used for personalized learning, where the learner has complete flexibility and freedom to aspire, approach and achieve individual goals.
There was an emphasis on embracing the ongoing changes with Government’s support on regulatory policies and robust collaboration among all the stakeholders, i.e. Ministry, Regulatory Bodies and Higher Educational Institutions. There was also a consensus to create a strategic roadmap for effective transformation towards Education 4.0
