Welcome to the 15th Saudi Technical Exchange Meeting Website. The 15th IEEE STEM conference will be held at King Fahd University of Petroleum & Minerals, Dhahran, Saudi Arabia over three days Dec. 17-19, 2012. This event is the 15th in series of technical conferences, originally called Technical Exchange Meeting, serving as a forum for scientists and engineers from academy and industry to exchange and discuss the latest research findings in solving real world problems from industry. The main theme for this year event is Next Generation Technologies. The focus will be on discussing the current technologies in EE and the challenges facing these technologies and new upcoming technologies. As with previous editions, STEM 2012 will also be held under the auspices of the IEEE. The conference will include a number of keynotes presentations and tutorials, and regular papers for oral and poster sessions.
