5 - 7 teams start every 5 minutes

Military Cross Bellinzona

The first runner will depart from viale stazione and, pass Street Orico and will reach the inside of the castle Castelgrande. The runners then go down along the bulwark up to the Saleggina. At the Saleggina each runner must throw a hand grenade at a target. If he doesn’t hit the target he will have to run an additional 200 m.

From the Saleggina the team biker will board a modern Mountain Bike and ride to the area of the city High school, where he will have to fire a biathlon rifle at a target. If the biker misses the target, he will have to complete an additional turn.

The third runner climbs the steep hill to the castle , crossing the city centre to reach the upper castle “Sasso Corbaro”.
