How wireless electricityworks?
Two copper coils wereset up-one at thesender end and oneat receiver end'. Thesender coil wasattached to the power
source, while thereceiver coil wasattached to the lightbulb.
When turned on ,thesender coil emitselectricity in the formof a magnetic field, oscillating at a specificfrequency.
The receiver coil picksup the transmission, while the rest of the

Our experimental realization of the schemeconsists of two self-resonant coils.
One coil (source coil) is coupled inductively to anoscillating circuit, the other (device coil) isinductively to a resistive load. Self resonant coilsrelay on the interplay between distributed
inductance to achieve resonance.
The two coils are made up of an electricallyconducting wire of total length l and crosssectional area a, wound into a helix of n turns, radius r & height h.
Using electromagnetic theory, we can define aneffective inductance L and an effective
capacitance C for each coil as follows:-

ADVANTAGES
The main advantages of this system is thatwe can get electricity anywhere withoutwires.
The nature of power delivery is omnidirectional i.e. in every direction. Magnetic resonances are particularly
suitable for everyday application because
most of the common materials do notinteract with magnetic fields, sointeractions with environmental objectsare suppressed even further.

Is it practical and is it safe?
Witricity demonstration is still too recent, and toofocused, to produce any definite conclusions.
With the witricity method ,they anticipatetransmitting power over distances about a meter,
which is much less than ideal but still veryimpressive.
If the technology is improved and honed to apoint where it can be productized", it stands toturn any number of industries on their respective
ears. Its discovery is different from all previous effort
because it uses magnetically coupledresonance", which means it will not only be safebut it will be fairly efficient.
