AbsoluteCustomsInc.comThe Premier Builder of Exquisite Homes in the Omaha Area.
A Dream Home...is the literal translation of thousands of images, sensations and emotions into one harmonious cadence that takes your breath away every time you pull into the driveway. It mirrors and expresses your personality and your desires. It is a place where you are nurtured and can grow and thrive. To build that home, imagine a builder who not only builds architecturally exciting homes, but one whose goal is to save you money in the process. To bring your dreams to the architectural drawing board. As founder of Absolute Customs, Scott Warren has assembled a team of professionals that is second to none. In the office, and in the field, his team is recruited from among the highest quality employees and subcontractors who bring integrity, technical expertise and experience to the job sites each day.
Scott has a long history of hard work and dedication. As a former UNL athlete, 4 time All American and still current UNL record holder, his commitment to perfection has translated to one of Omaha’s most innovative home builders. Absolute Customs focuses on a “Fixed Fee-plus True Cost” method of home building. This unique method of new home construction allows for a better building process (openness of Contractor to Client), and ensures a positive outcome for all involved. You as a client will be a participant in the selection of a floorplan that can be 100% customized to suit your unique lifestyle, as well as provide the specific input related to the selection of materials used to build your new Custom Dream home.
The benefits of partnering with Absolute Customs for your new home build include:
100% Customized Floor PlansYou can choose from one of Absolute Customs many floorplans and make unlimited design changes, or sit down with their design and drafting team and create a completely custom plan that fits the specific needs of your family.
Fixed Fee Plus True Cost MethodThis method of home building allows for the customer to have a hands on experience when it comes to selection of materials used within your home. You also will have a complete picture of on going project costs, and full disclosure of all costs being implemented into your project. This allows for peace of mind as a buyer, as well a cost savings in the end of the project.
Change Order FeesIn the Fixed fee plus true cost method of home building, the owner does not get charged for “builder related” change order fee’s. The only costs to the owner will be the “true cost” of the change being made (materials and labor), and the Builders Fixed Management Fee.
Interior Design and Selection CoordinationThis is a value added service that Absolute Customs provides with each new custom home build. This is a full design service, from start to finish of the project, not related to a set amount of hours. You will meet with our Interior Designer, Jo Neddo, during plan development, and at each selection stage of the project. Helping you pull the perfect home together; from exterior stone, to interior paint colors.
Management Tracking SystemVisualize yourself viewing a calendar that you share with us which displays approval deadlines, scheduled meetings and other important construction dates. You as a customer will be able to track your selections from online, and post pictures of your new home during construction.
Absolute Customs provides beautifully designed home plans, each of which can be customized in any way to incorporate any and all features that you request. Only the finest materials are used. Imagine your home a showplace with unique ceiling treatments, impressive moldings, kitchens with custom cabinetry and granite countertops, hardwood floors, volume ceilings, walls of windows, and much more!
Sincerely,
Scott WarrenPresident Absolute CustomsAbsoluteCustomsInc.com

MASTER VANITYKITCHEN
T he Jeremiah 111Absolute Customs, Scott Warren and designer Jo Neddo collaborate with custom build clients to create the homes of their dreams. They strive to create unique designs that capture the hearts and minds of their clients. This year is no exception to the countless hours of design and passion for perfection.
The Tuscan Jeremiah is reminiscent of an Old World Mediterranean estate as though it were situated in the hills of Tuscany. Master craftsman labored over the earthen stucco finish, bolection moulding, iron doors and details! This home will whisk you away when you experience treasured artistry and intriguing details from travels beyond. Artisans captured tile designs that defy imagination, created designs on the ceilings, light fixtures, fireplaces and walls. Whether you need a sport court, theater room, hidden gaming room, sauna or exercise nook every where you turn will be a new experience.
Are you looking for a soothing cottage design? Then this year’s Braden model “goes cottage” will sooth your soul. Serene palettes of gray, cream, whiskey & mocha create a light and bright down to earth attitude. A gourmet chef created the “entertaining” cooking island for all participants to enjoy. Time is precious so being apart of the family & friend activity is the driving force of the open floor plan concept with sensible flex spaces. This home was created for the golf course views and life style. Can you imagine a home complete with “golf simulator” room that can be viewed from the media area & bar? Remember, dream it and live it.

T he Experience “Our experience with the Absolute Customs team was amazing. From the design to the final walk through, we always felt like we had a team of people supporting us. Scott worked with us from the beginning to custom design our house down to his incredible ceiling ideas. Scott not only was creative and flexible with us, he always delivered on his promises. It was extremely important to us to build with someone we trusted, and we found that with Scott. We would highly recommend the Absolute Customs Team and will definitely build with them again.”

Designer TipsPrior to committing to a paint color, purchase a sample quart and paint on a large poster board. Hang your poster board on the wall and see how you like it for a day or two. Be sure to look at it at different times of the day as the shade will change according to the light.
For more sophisticated palettes, navy, indigo and royal blue should come into play.

Designer TipsCreate balance in a room by placing your largest piece of furniture, such as a couch, opposite your focal point.
Pick your fabrics before your paint colors. Using colors from the textiles in the room will create a more unified look, even if the colors are softer or deeper values of the fabric color.
Try the mix! Vintage with modern is all the rage. Incorporate reclaimed materials and artifacts into your design. Remember your home should tell a story and doesn’t have to be a showroom floor.

One pair of pillows always looks skimpy. Use two pairs, in contrasting patterns, colors, and textures.
Adding a large potted plant at a corner will add softness to a harsh edge.

Designer TipsNeutrals will be more saturated and rich – watch for khaki, taupe, camel and sandstone to be strong, camel being the one to watch!
Accessories grouped in odd numbers such as 3 or 5 are the most visually appealing. If accessorizing on a table, be sure to create highs and lows.

Designer TipsDeciding what kind of art is right for the big wall behind the sofa is an easy problem to resolve when you remember that there’s power in numbers. Groups of similar images in matching frames add a graphic punch and interest to the behind-sofa wall. This also solves a problem when a suitably scaled painting isn’t available.
Use a patterned wallpaper to strengthen a room, and an unpatterned paper to soften a space.
To create the most serenity in a bedroom, use a tone-on-tonepalette of a restful blue or green, then make it dynamic by using a wide variety of textures.
