EVENTS & INFORMATIO N

Holy Water, a most powerful sacramental, is available for the faithful to take home with them, and the church encourages the frequent use of holy water. When taking holy water with you, use the Holy Water receptacle located by the St. Anne statue in the front

of the church. Please, DO NOT fill from the Baptismal font, as this causes extra particles and oils to dirty the filter prematurely. Thank you.

Going to be in the Hospital? If you are a patient, or are going to be a patient in the hospital and would like a visit from one of our priests or would like to receive the Eucharist, please let us know, by calling the parish office at 223-1549.

We do not need to use a lot of words in order to pray well. Keeping things simple often works best, and it appears to be the form of prayer most preferred by Jesus.

The simplicity of the Lord's Prayer, the Our Father, gets quickly to the heart of all of our important relationships in life and sets us straight. Praying simply provides proper focus and helps us develop greater trust in God's providential care. We never know how each day will unfold and cannot control a good measure of what happens to us.

What we can control is the disposition we bring to life and how much we trust and hope in God's desire to make all things new and right. Pray simply and listen deeply. Our Father is calling.

Come & See Retreat - Single women, ages 16-26, are invited to come and meet sisters, to pray, to hear inspiring talks, to search their hearts, and to listen to God!
