Futhermore, the undersigned has no knowledge of any reason theapplicant cannot participate in vigorous physical activity.
The undersigned hereby expressly agrees to be responsible for any medical bills incurred inthe treatment of any illness of accident. In the event of any such accident or injury, I herebyconsent to allowing any of the camp supervisors to procure any medical treatment deemedadvisable on behalf of my child or ward without prior consent. No primary medical insurance is provided by Bruce Weber Enterprises, Kansas State University, K-State Athletics,Inc., or the State of Kansas.
I understand that, as a condition of admittance as a camper, the undersigned, on behalf ofthe applicant, hereby releases Bruce Weber Enterprises, LLC, Kansas State University, K-StateAthletics, Inc., the State of Kansas, Bruce Weber, and all other employees or agents of thecamp from any and all liability from injuries or illness, mental or physical, suffered by thecamper during or related to camp including claims of negligence.

HHEEAALLTTHH&&SSAAFFEETTYYA certified athletic trainer is present throughout camp in case of illness or injury. The athletic trainer will also dispense prescribed medication as requested by parent or guardian at time of registration. Bruce Weber Basketball Camps provide secondary insurance through an independent agent. Please include a copy of your insurance card with your registration.

Before camp begins, we will offer full refunds with the exclusion of the non-refundable online service fee for injury and family obligations and emergencies. Once camp has started, we will only offer prorated refunds for injury based upon the date of which it was incurred.
