NOTICE OF A PUBLIC MEETING A public meeting to receive input on the following planning application will be held on: COMMITTEE OF THE WHOLE (PUBLIC HEARING) January 12, 2016 at 7:00 pm at VAUGHAN CITY HALL, COUNCIL CHAMBER 2141 MAJOR MACKENZIE DRIVE, VAUGHAN, ONTARIO, L6A 1T1 PROPERTIES: 2951 Highway 7, 180 and 190 Maplecrete Road (southwest corner of Maplecrete Road and Highway 7), as shown on Attachments #1 and #2 - Ward 4. APPLICATION: On June 16, 2015, site-specific Zoning By-law 095-2014 was approved by the Ontario Municipal Board with the schedule shown on Attachment #3 facilitate a mixed-use development on the properties based on the conceptual site plan shown on Attachment #4. The Owner has submitted a Zoning By-law Amendment Application to revise the approved building envelopes and building heights shown on Attachment #5 based on a proposed revised conceptual site plan shown on Attachment #6. The application would facilitate the development of the properties with four residential towers with building heights ranging from 14- storeys to 35-storeys (total 1,328 residential units), one 15-storey office building with a Gross Floor Area (GFA) of 20,207 m 2 , and ground-related commercial uses totaling 3,148 m 2 GFA. APPLICANT: 1834371 Ontario Inc. Reg. 545/06) If a person or public body does not make oral submissions at a public meeting or make written submissions to the City of Vaughan before the by-law is passed, the person or public body is not entitled to appeal the decision of the City of Vaughan to the Ontario Municipal Board. If a person or public body does not make oral submissions at a public meeting, or make written submissions to the City of Vaughan before the by-law is passed, the person or public body may not be added as a party to the hearing of an appeal before the Ontario Municipal Board unless, in the opinion of the Board, there are reasonable grounds to do so.
