ABSTRACT: Dental implant therapy is thriving nowadays and gaining brightest prospect in the rehabilitation of completely and partially edentulous arches. Study of implants has become indispensable and so is the biomechanics related to dental implant therapy. Implant abutment connection is a crucial synapse between the implant and the abutment. It is an important determinant of the strength and stability of an implant supported restorations, and play a major role in the success of the implant rehabilitation procedures.
