koproved, together with a letter to Mr. Case, FederalReserve Agent at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, in-closing a copy of the Clayton Act permit issued to Mr.Miller, and stating that, in the circumstances set forthin the letter, the Board concurs in the agent's opinionthat the nermit should be granted, but suggests that heendeavor, in cooperation with the appronriate supervisoryauthorities, to expedite the rehabilitation of the Water-yule bank and to bring about a correction of the condi-tions in both banks which have given rise to the examiners'criticisms; and requesting that the agent review the permitnot later than February 1, 1935, and that, when the agentsubmits his recommendation at that time, he report fully asto the progress made in bringing about an improvement inthe condition of the banks.
