Chapter 24 members: I would like to take the opportunity to thank all of those who attended February's presentation on threading difficult materials. Jim Rayburn from Precision/Dormer did a fantastic job of explaining the different forms of making threads. Jim's many years of experience in manufacturing was relatable to the presentation. He carefully explained which form of threading was the best application for various materials.

Thank you to Pietro & Son for the great food and service.

The March meeting will be an educational overview of the technol-ogy, objectives and history of Vending in the manufacturing environment. Our speaker, Harvey Rohmiller from Autocrib, will enlighten us on the features and benefits of vending machines for the procurement, storage and distribution of tools and supplies to the manufacturing floor. With over 6,000 machines located in a broad assortment of manufacturing dis-ciplines, Autocrib has positioned itself as an industry leader in vending.
