Cuyahoga Community College's 1st President
Dr. Charles E. Chapman, President of Cuyahoga Community College for ten years has helped it grow from a 3, 039 enrollment in 1963 to 21, 000 in 1973. He has served as a guiding light for Metro, Eastern, and Western Campuses. It is with much regret that Cuyahoga Community College loses a great president and leader, Dr. Charles E. Chapman, who is leaving to take a position in California. Good luck Dr. Chapman, we'll miss you!
