Pastor Brian and Mrs. Donna Kenner

Brian Kenner has been diligently serving as the founder and senior pastor of Sweet Communion Baptist Church since

1994. His academic achievements include a Bachelor of Science in electrical engineering from Marquette University and a Biblical Studies Master of Science degree from Maranatha Seminary. Brian has a particular passion for developing and restoring men to godliness in order that they might be equipped to lead their families and communities.

Brian and Donna have been married for 36

years and blessed with two sons and one daughter. Their children are now all married and co-laboring with them at Sweet Communion. The Kenners also have nine grandkids. Please plan to join us as Pastor Kenner shares what The Lord has placed on his heart, especially for you!

Registration Policies:

• Registration for the 2018 marriage retreat costs $440. Please plan to complete your payments by May 1, 2018; determination of guest room assignments will begin at that time.

• As we must guarantee the accommodations by May 1, 2018, refunds after that date will not be possible. You may transfer your registration however, if another couple can attend the 2018 retreat in your place.

• One-time scholarships, to cover up to $200 of the retreat cost, are normally available on a first-come, first-served basis. The scholarship application form can be provided upon request or downloaded from our website:

Preparing for the Retreat: • Check-in is to begin by 4:00pm on Friday, June

1st, in the lobby at the Spring Mill Inn. Although your lodging is included in your retreat registration, the inn will require a credit card for incidentals.

• Park entry fees begin at $7 for vehicles with an Indiana license plate; $9 for out of state plates. You can leave the grounds and reenter at no additional cost during the duration of your stay; just keep your parking pass (provided at check-in) with your vehicle.

• If you have dietary or accessibility concerns, please let us know at your earliest convenience so that we can take steps to accommodate your needs.

• Casual attire will be ideal for all sessions, plus workout clothes if you opt to participate in one of the group fitness activities.

• Things to bring: Bibles, pens/pencils, cameras, outdoor wear, plus spending money for the book table and free time.

• During free time you can: visit Pioneer Village, take a hike, take a cave boat tour, take a swim, and more!

Getting to Spring Mill State Park: 3333 Indiana State Road 60 E. Mitchell, Indiana 47446 The park entrance is on the north side of IN-60, about 3 miles east of IN-37; from the park entrance, follow the signs to Spring Mill Inn.
