Este Primer Torneo Internacional de Pesca Deportiva La Cruz de Huanacaxtle de la Riviera Nayarit, es reflejo de que en nuestra entidad tenemos a la gente más noble, los mejores destinos para disfrutar de la naturaleza y la infraestructura para recibir al turismo de cualquier parte del mundo. This first International Sportfishing Tournament in La Cruz de Huanacaxtle from Riviera Nayarit, is a refflection that in our land we have the noblest people, the best destinations to enjoy of nature and the infrastructure to receive tourism from anywhere in the world. It is not a coincidence that Nayarit is being a reference of the best events on national and international level, as the Touristic Market 2012, the Seventh World Economic Forum in Latin America and the traditional Regatta Coup. Each vessel will have 4 fisherman onboard maximum and the winner team will be the one that catches the wheighest fish(by cathegory) along the three days of competition.

EL TORNEO SERÁ POR EMBARCACIÓN Cada embarcación tendrá como máximo 4 pescadores a bordo y la embarcación ganadora será la que capture el Pez de mayor peso (de cada categoría) durante los tres días de competencia.

El Club de Pesca Deportiva Tepic comprometido con la niñez Nayarita
El Club de Pesca Deportiva Tepic impulsa entre los niños de Nayari la práctica de este deporte, introduciéndolos en el mundo de la pesca deportiva. En el año 2010 comenzamos la historia de los torneos infantiles en el Puerto de San Blas, logrando en el 2012 un récord de asistencia en la cuarta edición de este GRAN EVENTO para los pequeños pescadores. Dos años después en 2012 expandimos la experiencia a la Bahía de Banderas en la Marina Riviera Nayarit en la Cruz de Huanacaxtle, llevando a cabo el cuarto torneo infantil de la Cruz de Huanacaxtle.

La Historia de los Torneos de San Blas continúa, después de52 años, el Club de Pesca Deportiva Tepic A.C. se preparapara llevar a cabo la edición número 53 de este tradicional “Torneo de Amigos” que promete hacer honor al título del
MEJOR TORNEO DEL PACÍFICO MEXICANO
Pez Vela, Marlin y Dorado son las categorías que han de serpremiadas en este justa deportiva que con cada edicióncrece no sólo en número de participantes, sino también en la magnitud de sus premios. .
Serán 5 días de Fiesta en San Blas de la Riviera Nayarit,donde los pescadores y sus familias conviven y disfrutan delambiente, el deporte, la gastronomía, la cultura, las playasy todo lo que el hermoso Puerto de San Blas tiene queofrecer. .

Reglamento Reglamento
8. Cada concursante está obligado a registrar sus capturas a proporcionar su número de código así como verificar peso y medidas de los ejemplares que presente, exigiendo la anotación correspondiente en su tarjeta de registros y firmado de conformidad.
9. Cualquier protesta relacionada con este campeonato deberá ser presenta por escrito al Juez, por conducto del Capitán del equipo el mismo día, las decisiones no podrán ser protestadas por el concursante ante ninguna instancia y bajo circunstancia alguna.
10. Cuando se presente una situación no específicamente reglamentada, el criterio del Juez y de la Comisión de Honor y Justicia será suficiente e inapelable.
11. La descalificación será por todo el torneo y no se regresará la cuota de inscripción.
12. El Solo hecho de inscribirse en el Torneo, compromete al participante a leer el reglamento, a aceptarlo y lo obliga a cumplir en todo su contenido
13. El Club de pesca deportiva Tepic AC. Se reserva el derecho de aceptar o rechazar la solicitud de los participantes.
14. Los ejemplares de cada especie, presentados por un concursante y pesados en la bascula oficial, pasarán a ser propiedad del Club de Pesca Deportiva Tepic, A.C., los cuales:
Será donado para instituciones de beneficencia al termino del torneo, (en caso de que los participantes quieran los ejemplares que presentaron, se les entregarán la piel, y la cabeza)
15. Los peces de mayor peso de cada día serán objeto de un minucioso examen por parte de biólogos y del comité organizador, por lo que las boletas de pesaje serán aceptadas o no, por el Juez, después de dicho examen.
16. Para mayor seguridad de los participantes, contaremos con vigilancia marítima por parte de la Secretaría de Marina , Capitanía de Puerto y la delegación de PROFEPA , el comité organizador bajo ninguna circunstancia se hace responsable de cualquier percance o accidente que tuviesen los concursantes o embarcaciones durante el Torneo.
17. Los concursantes y embarcaciones que sean descalificados no podrán participar en los próximos torneos de pesca deportiva.
18. El comité organizador tiene facultades para prolongar o acortar el torneo por situaciones climatológicas o por cualquier otra causa de fuerza mayor.
19. En caso de avería de alguna embarcación o que por su lentitud no pueda llegar a tiempo para que sus ejemplares sean pesados, estos pueden ser transferidos a otra embarcación
que presenten en su nombre ante el Juez. En caso de que la embarcación que preste auxilio no llegue a tiempo al pesaje. No podrá ser usado como excusa y la pesca de ambos no
califica.
1. Al salir cada embarcación deberá recoger su ficha y la entregará al regreso: haya o no obtenido captura. La Embarcación que no entregue la ficha o llegue a otro muelle, será descalificada. 2. Este torneo está abierto para embarcaciones con un máximo de cuatro pescadores y cada equipo nombrará a su capitán, quién llevará la voz y voto de la junta de capitanes, así como ante el Juez en caso de cualquier duda o aclaración.
3. Se permitirá el uso de línea libre, mono o multifilamento hasta 130 libras. Los Capitanes de cada embarcación registrarán ante el Juez las caracteristicas que utilizará el equipo de pescadores.
4. Las especies que califican son Pez Vela, Marlin, Dorado y Atún, el equipo que capture el pez más grande por categoría,será declarado campeón en su especie.
La cantidad de captura diaria por equipo será:
- Para la categoría de Pez Vela; serán 3 ejemplares como máximo, con una talla mínima de 25 kg. para su registro. - Para la categoría de Pez Marlin; será 1 ejemplar como máximo, con una talla mínima de 85 kg. para su registro. - Para la categoría de Pez Dorado; serán 3 ejemplares como máximo, con una talla mínima de 10 kg. para su registro - Para la categoría de Pez Atún; serán 3 ejemplares como máximo, con una talla mínima de 50 kg. para su registro. 5. La salida de las embarcaciones será a partir de 4 am. (con excepción del primer día, que será después de la inauguración) la embarcación que salga antes de la hora señalada quedará automáticamente descalificada.
La hora límite de llegada de las embarcaciones será 18:00 hrs. Con excepción del último día que será a las 17:00 hrs. La embarcación que llegue después de la hora límite, quedará descalificada su pesca del día.
DEL JUEZ CALIFICADOR.
6.Los peces deberán ser capturados con carnada o señuelo y serán arrimados a las embarcaciones, con ayuda de la caña y el carrete, sólo se permitirán 4.5 metros de sedal doble, otros tantos de calambote leader de alambre o plástico, así como un máximo de dos anzuelos y estos deberán ser sencillos.
7. Son causas de descalificación, contravenir en cualquier forma las normas del reglamento.
a) Que persona distinta al pescador ajuste el freno del carrete tome línea doble o maniobre cualquier parte del equipo de pesca, durante la captura, sólo se permitirá que uno de los tripulantes tome el leader para arrimar el pez al costado de la lancha. No se permite el uso de gancho para subir a bordo al pez vela, en cambio si puede usarse para el dorado, marlín y atún.
b) Tirotear, arponear o picar con cualquier objeto punzo cortante a cualquier pez, salvo el uso normal del gancho en las categorias menciones en el inciso (a).
c) Llevar a bordo cualquier equipo de pesca que no sea registrado como: chichorros, tarrayas, cimbras y en general cualquier objeto de pesca que no sea registrado previamente.
d) El Equipo participante que no permita la revisión diaria de su embarcación por parte del comité organizador será descalificado.
e) No contar con radio VHF o teléfono celular funcionando, en la embarcación
f) Cualquier embarcación que sea sorprendida cerca de una embarcación comercial quedará descalificada.

The Best Fishing Tournaments of the Mexican Pacific
1. When leaving, each team must pick up their card and deliver it when return: whether or not obtained capture. Vessel that does not deliver the card or arrives another pier, will be disqualified.
2. It will allow the use of free line, mono or multifilament up to 130 pounds. The captains of each vesse will register with the Judge all the features that each fishermen team will use.
3. Qualifying species are Sailfish, Marlin, Dorado and Tuna, the team that catches the biggest fish per category will be declared the winner in that specific specie. The amount of daily catch per team will:
- For category Sailfish, will be 3 issues at most, with a minimum size of 25 kg. for registration.
- For category Marlin Fish, will be 1 piece maximum, with a minimum size of 85 kg. for registration.
- For category Goldfish, will be 3 pieces at most, with a minimum size of 10 kg. for registration
- For category Tuna Fish, will be 3 pieces at most, with a minimum size of 50 kg. for registration.
4. Departure of boats will start at 4 am. (except for the first day, which will be after the inauguration) the boat that departs before the appointed time will be automatically disqualified.
5. The arrival time of the boats will be 18:00 hrs. Except for the last day will be at 17:00 hrs. The boat that arrives after the deadline will be disqualified their catch of the day.
6. Fishes should be caught with bait or lure and will be leaning against the boats, using the rod and reel, only allow 4.5 meters double line, as many of calambote leader wire or plastic, as well as a maximum of two hooks and these
should be simple.
7. Causes for disqualification in any way contravene the rules of procedure.
a) Any different person to the angler that set the reel brake, take double line or maneuver take any part of fishing equipment. During capture, only allow one of the crew take the leader to pull up the fish alongside the boat. Hook use is
not allowed to pull up Sailfish to the boat, but it is for marlin, mahi mahi and tuna.
b) Shoot, harpoon or chop with anything sharp, pointed to any fish except the normal use of the hook in references category in subsection (a).
c) Take on board any fishing equipment other than recorded as: chichorros, tarrayas, falsework and generally any fished than previously recorded.
d) The participating team that does not allow the daily review of their boat by the organizing committee will be disqualified.
e) Do not have VHF radio or cell phone running on the vessel
f) Any vessel that is caught near a commercial vessel will be disqualified.
8. Each participant is required to record their catches to provide your code number and verify the weight and size of specimens present, demanding appropriate entry in its records card and signing of agreement.
9. Any protest concerning this competition must be submitted in writing to the judge, through the team captain on the same day, the decisions can not be protested by the participant to any instance and under any circumstances.
10. When a situation not specifically regulated, the judgment of the judge and Commission of Honor and Justice will be sufficient and conclusive.
11. Disqualification will be for the entire tournament and not return the registration fee.
12. The mere fact of entering the Tournament, the participant agrees to read the rules, to accept and forces him to play in all of its contents.
13. Club de Pesca Deportiva Tepic AC reserves the right to accept or reject the request of the participants.
14. Specimens of each species, presented by a competitor on the official scale and weighed, will become property of Club de Pesca Deportiva Tepic AC , which:
Will be donated to charities at the end of the tournament (if that participants wish the specimens submitted, will be given the skin, and head)
15. Heaviest fishes each day will be subject to careful scrutiny by biologists and the organizing committee, so weighing report cards will be accepted or not by the judge, after the examination.
16. For safety of participants, we will have maritime surveillance by the Navy Department, Harbor and delegation of PROFEPA, the organizing committee under no circumstances be held responsible for any mishap or accident that
participants or vessels had during the tournament.
17. Competitors be disqualified and vessels may not participate in the next sport fishing tournaments.
18. The organizing committee has the authority to extend or shorten the tournament by weather conditions or any other cause beyond its control.
19. In case of failure of any boat or by its slowness can not be on time for their specimens be weighed, these can be transferred to another vessel for submition on their behalf to the judge. In case the vessel which render assistance
to another doesn't get on time to the Marina for weighing, can't be used as an excuse and their both fishing catches will be disqualified.
