HEATING & SANITARY HOT WATER

• Homogenous insulation, no thermal bridge, no hot spots

• All components welded with TIG/LASER.

SYSTEMS FOR CONDENSING APPLIANCES

• All components fully welded to avoid any condensing water leakage

• All joints with silicone gaskets to guarantee tightness and use with positive pressure systems

• High corrosion resistant materials used to avoid the impact caused by acidic water

• Jeremias offers a specific system for each device typology:

• Stainless steel in Flex, single and double wall,

• PPS systems, rigid and flex

• Concentric balanced flue systems with stainless steel or PPS.

• Compatible with all flue kits and cascade systems provided by the boiler manufacturers.

Double wall insulated exhaust systems with metal to metal jointing, designed for high temperature 600°C. and

high pressure 5000Pa (H1). without using sealants or silicones:

BACK-UP GENERATORS AND CHPs

• Quick installation (Push fit connection secured by locking band).

• Free expansion of inner wall.

• Different insulation thicknesses available (25mm, 32mm, 50mm).

• Minimised the engine associated vibrations (inner and outer wall are decoupled)

• The system itself guarantees the tightness. No relies on added silicone or installers’ skills.

Specific material solutions for solid fuel and biomass appliances (pellets, wood, coal, biomass, etc.).

• Double wall insulted system with ceramic liner DW Mammut

• Specific fire stops and insulated wall sleeves tested in laboratory

• Wide number of draft regulation accessories

Fire rated ducts tested in accordance to the newest European Standards at accredited laboratories in

Germany (MPA), Denmark (ChimneyLab), Spain (TECNALIA, APPLUS) and UK (BSRIA).
