Plockton Housing Development

In July 2010 Global Construction In July 2010 Global Construction completed a £3.4 million project to build 24 new homes in the West Coast village of Plockton. Built for Lochalsh and Skye Housing Association, nine of the houses are low- cost starter homes that will be offered for joint ownership, with tenants buying into a percentage of the buying into a percentage of the mortgage, with the remainder being available to rent.
