offer AMI solutions in India.
PowerOneData with its successful executive leadership team is meeting
the need to overcome the energy crisis with cost effective technology to

In India, there are large, underserved and high growth energy markets.
With proven market leading solutions, massive funding and a government
driven mandate, this creates “The Perfect Storm” for our Company and its
Investors.
PowerOneData International Inc. (P1DI) is a green and cleantech
information technology company. We provide automated smart metering
solutions to the international Energy markets, reducing energy resource
consumption and its negative impact on the environment and public health.
Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI) has become the standard in
the high growth U.S. market serving 25% of a $4 billion dollar market. In
comparison, less than 3% the $60 billion international AMI market is being
served. Our primary focus is on the Indian market, which is approximately
$7 billion in size with 10% projected annualized growth. We maintain several
competitive advantages over our market competition and very few of the
global AMI suppliers currently have proven end-to-end solutions.
A strong strategic alliance program is essential in order to achieve our
goals. We have executed agreements with two major energy companies
to accelerate our market penetration plans and quickly achieve a $100
million dollar annual revenue rate. We are seeking additional alliances with
top Indian information technology companies. For additional contracts
and project financing, alliances are also being sought with international
infrastructure financing banks.
We have piloted extensively throughout India and in the U.A.E. and
successfully completed nine with Indian utilities and three in the U.A.E.
All pilots have met utility mandated field test requirements, including no
meter failures and 100% energy data transmission, which led to contract
commitments which are projected to be in excess of $200 million. We expect
to achieve a cash positive position and execute a high value exit within 24
months.
We are a privately held, global energy information technology company
with 34 employees based in Bangalore, Indian and Mesa, Arizona and are
currently entering a commercialization phase. With numerous pilot programs
completed, PowerOneData is poised for high growth!
targeted to offer a comprehensive metering solution intended for usein low threshold
residential metering. The automatic meter reading, which incorporates a fully integrated,
state-of-the-art PLCC modem all integrated and sealed under a single enclosure is a
perfect combination of well-proven metering technology and the cost effective PLCC
communication modem.
P1Di-DC meter is polyphase meter intended for use in residential/industrial advanced
metering infrastructure (AMI) that incorporates a fully integrated, PLCC modem that
can be exchanged with integrated RS485 communication interface for block
installations, all integrated and sealed under a single enclosure.
P1Di-HT meter is a polyphase meter intended for use in commercial and industrial
applications, targeted to offer a comprehensive metering solution. It is a fully
integrated,GSM/GPRS state-of-the-art modem, all integrated and sealed under a single
enclosure, and can be exchanged with integrated RS485 communication interface for
block installations. It is a perfect combination of well-proven metering technology.
Data Concentrator Unit: The DCU (Data Concentrator Unit) is a gateway for communication of data between the
Smart-Meter and the substation. It requests and stores information from the Smart-Meter
on a scheduled basis. The Sub-Station can access real time data from a connected meter
directly through the DCU and notify the Sub-Station in case of any tampering at the
customer’s premises.
p- Automet - Meter Data Management Software
Application: p-Automet provides state-of-art software solution that enables utilities to realize full
benefits of AMI data. They use this software to reduce Operational Costs, increase
Billing Accuracy, increase Service Reliability, boost Customer Satisfaction and drive
Energy Efficiency.
Automatic LED Street Light Controller: ASLM “Automated Street Light Management” is part of an LED based street light
system that is estimated to be worth $80 billion worldwide over the next ten years. Our
ASLM system includes an automatic LED street light controller that remotely tracks and
controls the actual energy consumption of the street lights, depending on traffic flow, so
that consumption reduction measures through power conditioning and control can be
taken. Dimming allows for street lights to be operated at reduced output levels and still
meet recommended illumination criteria based on actual pedestrian levels. The
GPRS/GSM wireless control system monitors the area and will switch on/off the lights
at required times by making use of longitude/ latitude operation and provides a daily log
of energy consumed.
Power Infrastructure Finance Corp: The mission of this wholly owned subsidiary is to provide capital for emerging market
expansion of Energy Infrastructure. We target the AMI, ASLM and Smart Grid markets
(including DP and transmission). These markets offer exceptional growth, in all
emerging market countries, and there is an inherent need for finance to complete Public
and Private Projects. With nearly a decade of experience working with Utilities,
Municipalities and large General Contractors, and with the huge subsidies and sovereign
guarantees offered by the Indian
