Taste the Rainbow:Mix It Up Goal: Eat at least produce servings, 5 days/week

•SIMPLE…..•Vegetable Serving = 2 points •Fruit Serving= 1 point

•Top Choice* selection = 1 bonus point

Colorful and Easy!Example:Since the goal is to eat 5 produce servings 5 days a week, the total for one week would be:

Vegetable serving = 2 points x 3 = 6 points a dayFruit serving = 1 point x 2 = 2 points a day8 points per day x 5 days = 40 points a week
