In the Communication Book you have section of KPIs and HI. You will have possibility to update them during your quarter and finally for the cluster&ranking at the end of the quarter. All the deadlines will be established on the next CCC Meeting.

Communication Book of AIESEC in CAS is the most important tool for our CAS Communication team that we will capitalize on this year. I believe that synergy, innovation, passion and excellence we can live by using this Comm Book. You can find there everything that is needed to be excellent in your role. Contacts, GCPs, resources, media appearance tool, social media addresses, myAIESEC.net Resources, software’s, priorities , team calendar etc. To understand better the Comm Book together with Cesár – LCVP Comm from UCReee we will prepare for you the document with print screens and comments how to use the tool in the most effective way. After you will update your Team contacts we as Leaders of Comm&M will have editing access to the tool and rest of the LC team members will have viewing rights. Your Team members will see and they will be updated of the information from the whole region.

6. Unleashing “Your” Virtual Playground

– new Campaign to unleash in members of CAS the skills and knowledge of MyAIESEC.net.

1. Part of the Campaign – Trainings around MyAIESEc.net usage – 23rd & 24th of February – 1st for LR roles & 2nd for TR roles.

2. “Don’t Game Over – Play on Right Virtual Stage” – part of the campaign in order to making sure all of the members are on the right virtual stage in CAS

Together With Felix – RST Marketing & Design Manager we are working on implementation new Recruitment Campaign fort he Regional & AIESEC International in order to promote AIESEC in the most effective way. Marketing materials will be available in upcomming week on the X+L Movement wiki. After meeting with LC UCR Comm Team, Felix will receive support from one oft he best Designers of AIESEC in CAS – Viviana Fernandez & Estaban Mora. Stay tunned for more information Last week we had as well possibility to attend the Recruitment Training classes.
