I f the Landscape Cont rac to r fa i l s to car ry ou t the work w i th in seven (7 ) days o f such no t i ce , the Pro jec t Manager (o r representa t i ve ) reserves the r igh t w i thou t fu r ther no t i ce to employ o thers to car ry ou t such u rgent and spec i f ied work and charge i t to the Landscape Cont rac to r. Such work sha l l i nc lude bu t no t l im i ted to the inspec t ion and c lear ing o f d ra ins in the pavement and gardens .
