NEGOTIATION DETAILS – None it is what it is. Better than being on unemployment. Everyone makes the same and no cost of living increases or annual reviews, and constant commission changing so you work to pay the bills. ---------------------------------------------- SALES REPRESENTATIVE AT REVANA - ACCEPTED OFFER – INTERVIEW DETAILS – Applied on line and attached my resume. Received a call from someone in the recruiting division to set up and interview. I was asked to come in 30 minutes early to take some assessment tests. I took a test that seemed to test my computer skills and sales skills. I also took a strange personality test that had me check a bunch of words that describe me (mambo jumbo if you ask me) but the company seems to think pretty highly of this personality test. Then I met with a sales manager and was asked several interview questions that lasted about 45 min. I was contacted 2 days later and offered a position. NEGOTIATION DETAILS – there is no negotiating... in fact it would be frowned upon. The reason is because these positions are contracted and the salaries are figured into the cost so there isn't the option to negotiate. I recommend not doing it, because it won't happen and you can only start off on the wrong foot. ===================================================================

I called back for a follow up and then immediately was called two days later about an interview. I waited 5 minutes for the hiring manager to come out and take me to the back room; he talked a lot about his own experience with the store as well as other places he had worked. He let me talk which was great, and it was a lot less boring than the other interviews I had. I walked out with an offer for a minimum wage part time job and I took it, I've been unemployed for 7 weeks so it was a relief to me. INTERVIEW QUESTION –

• Tell me more about yourself than what's on this piece of paper (referring to my resume)?

--------------------------------------------------------------------- SALES ASSOCIATE AT SAVERS - ACCEPTED OFFER – FEB 19, 2013 INTERVIEW DETAILS –I applied online got an email to schedule an interview a week later at the country inn where I met the store manager and she asked me:

• TELL ME ABOUT YOURSELF? • WHAT ARE YOUR GOALS? • WHY DO YOU WANT TO WORK HERE? • WHAT MAKES YOU AN ASSET TO THE COMPANY IF HIRED?

After I answered those questions I was then offered the job with $7.85 an hour I was then handed to the store manager who told me about the company and asked me how would I get the word out about the company? INTERVIEW QUESTION –there was no difficult unexpected question basic interview questions? ---------------------------------------------------------------------- CASHIER AT SAVERS - ACCEPTED OFFER – INTERVIEW DETAILS –I had two interviews. With the same assistant manager, not even a store manager. I was asked some behavioral questions, some questions to

see the level of my IQ, there was no phone interview. It was pretty easy; I got a job without any problems, though I was new to this country. INTERVIEW QUESTION –

• How would you deal with an angry customer? CASHIER AT SAVERS - ACCEPTED OFFER – INTERVIEW DETAILS –got a call to come in for an interview. When I got there, I talked to the cashier, was told to wait a couple minutes. I waited for about 10 min before I got called back by the manger to her office, and we began the interview which lasted about 10 min. At the end of the interview she offered me the job… INTERVIEW QUESTIONS

• WHAT CAN YOU OFFER US IF YOU ARE OFFERED A POSITION WITH US? • DO YOU HAVE ANY CASHIER EXPERIENCE?

------------------------------------------------------------------------- SALES ASSOCIATE AT SAVERS - ACCEPTED OFFER – JAN 29, 2013 INTERVIEW DETAILS –It was my first job, but it was only a 2 interview process, which was very nice. The first was right in the store which gave me a view of the worker’s interaction, which was wonderful and inviting for a customer. The questions where based upon my interests, hobbies, how could I be an asset, and how I could deal with different situations. -------------------------------------------------------------------------- MANAGEMENT AT SAVERS - ACCEPTED OFFER – INTERVIEW DETAILS –took forever to get an interview with the company. Applied at least 3 months before getting any type of response. Then had a phone interview with a gentleman that lasted about 1 hour. Waited for a couple of weeks and received a call from the district manager that I had to meet in a hotel lobby with an interview that lasted about 1.5 hours. Took another few weeks before I received a call for a job offer, then started about 3 weeks later and found out that I had to travel for training. INTERVIEW QUESTION –

• What did you like/dislike about your last job? ------------------------------------------------------------------------ STORE MANAGER AT SAVERS - ACCEPTED OFFER – INTERVIEW DETAILS –I was contacted by a store manager of the company and asked if the position of Store Manager was of interest to me. I then met with the District Manager of the Arizona market within 6 days. Subsequently, I interviewed with a current store manager 5 days later. Finally, I interviewed over the phone with the Regional Director of Arizona 7 days after and was offered the job the following day. INTERVIEW QUESTION –

• Describe the worst customer service I had ever personally delivered.

NEGOTIATION DETAILS –Very open-ended and positive, much consideration paid to prior experience and qualifications in salary negotiations. If you were a thief, shoplifter, fraud-mysteer or even just grassed three pieces of popcorn off the counter of your local Wal-Mart…little alone jacked trucks please forget this and move on to the next ad…Some violent, family violence or if you whacked 37 people with a weed-eater in Wisconsin are in much the same boat…but…here they will talk to you about the circumstances…shooting your old man to protect your babies is different than whacking people because you hate cheese hats or Wisconsin…unless ya are from Minnesota. Drug charges unless you still practice, partake or still work PT in the industry are OK…Littering…DUI/DWI (as they aren’t gonna ask you to drive their vehicle and they take the bus so their car ain’t even in the parking lot) Mostly they are looking to see if you learned something from the experience like not to do that again…If ya can make the case that was then and this is now… “And I… don’t even remember that young, stupid kid who caused his family so much grief…!” (Unless these charges are from last month)

WE HAVE HAD PEOPLE ACCEPTED WITH THIS COMPANY THAT USED TO BE REALLY HARD-CORE…AND THEY GOT HIRED…! Back in the day…these were dudes/dudettes that were bada**es and if you hung with them very long…ya were going to jail too…but, now they were able to make a successful argument of “that was then…this is now” ROLL THE DICE!

Call Center Representative at Sears Holdings Corporation Accepted Offer –Aug 29, 2012 Interview Details – I applied online, did the assessment, and within the next two days I was called for a phone screen. Basic questions about past experiences and customer services examples. Set up an interview for the next week. The interview was fairly easy. Same basic questions. They also have you act out a little just to see if you could be sympathetic. Got offered a position the same day. Negotiation Details – I didn't... It was a fixed package. Everyone gets the same. I didn't complain it was decent. Call Center Representative at Sears Holdings Corporation Accepted Offer – Jan 18, 2012 Interview Details – Did one phone interview. Also had to take multiple tests on a computer which took 2 hours. Then I interviewed with 2 managers. The questions they ask where very different from any normal interview. They also do role playing in the interview. The manager also said I would be hired at full time 32 but could work more which is only true for 4 weeks during Christmas. I was also told there is room to grow which is true but don’t expect a Pay raise for learning new skills Interview Question – Tell me how you achieved a goal. Negotiation Details – Pay is set no negotiating ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Call Center Representative at Sears Holdings Corporation Accepted Offer – May 17, 2012 Interview Details – had to listen to calls for about 30 minutes or so. I think they actually forgot to come get me but after working there it wouldn't surprise me at all. Then I interviewed with two managers and had to do some role playing. Interview was easy for me. No unusual questions and nothing unexpected. Interview Questions Greatest strengths?
