Sales Contest Dates: August 17 – December 31, 2009

SALES CONTEST SUMMARY. The qualifying period for this Sales Contest is Monday, August 17, 2009 through and including Thursday, December 31, 2009, with all Sales Contest Prize winners selected and prizes awarded on or before January 7, 2010. By registering and par-ticipating in this Sales Contest, participants (both registering One-Hour contractors and their Techs, as described below and their other prize eligible employees) agree to comply with the specific rules, terms and conditions as stated herein. NO PURCHASE OR OTHER ENTRY FEE NECESSARY TO ENTER THIS SALES CONTEST. The Sponsors of the Contest are BuyMax, LLC (“BuyMax”), Environmental Dynamic Group, Inc., and Premier One Products, Inc. (collectively re-ferred to as the “Sponsors”). HOW TO ENTER. To enter the Sales Contest, a One-Hour contractor needs to complete and submit to BuyMax a Sales Contest Registration Form in accordance with the instructions thereto. The entrants for the Sales Contest shall be the technicians/salespersons (“Techs’) listed on each Sales Contest Registration Form, and other individuals employed or owning a participating One-Hour contractor (in certain Sales Contest categories as herein described). The Sales Contest is for individuals and not for participating companies or their employees in the aggregate. All entries and participants (both One-Hour con-tractors, their Techs and other eligible employees or owners) must meet all Sales Contest rules and eligibility requirements. All Sales Contest entries become the property of the Sponsors and the Spon-sors may use any of the entries and/or any information contained therein for any purpose whatsoever, without further notice or com-pensation to the participating contractor or any Tech (or other eligible employees or owners). In the event that a participant, including any Tech (or other eligible employees or owners), does not want to re-ceive any further contact from the Sponsors other than possible noti-fication of winning a Prize, the entry should indicate in bold letters ”I DO NOT WANT TO BE CONTACTED FURTHER”.

GENERAL RULES. This Sales Contest is void where prohibited. Par-ticipating individuals, entrants, must be 18 years of age or older to en-ter, qualify, and/or win except as otherwise allowed by applicable law. This Sales Contest is open only to persons who are employed any time within the Sales Contest Dates by a participating One Hour con-tractor, or who is an owner of such contractor, and who otherwise meets the qualifications for entry and/or winning a Prize as set forth in these Rules. The Sales Contest is not open to, and any attempted en-try is void from,: (a) any person who is not eligible to enter the Con-test and/or to receive a Prize, (b) any person (or any member of that person’s household or immediate family) who has already been se-lected to receive a Prize (other than the October Drawing Prize), and (c) employees of the Sponsors, and their affiliates, subsidiaries, and successor companies. HOW TO WIN. Participating One-Hour contractors will report weekly unit sales of certain air filtration equipment between August 17, 2009 and December 31, 2009 as required on the provided reporting sheet. The Sales Contest is primarily based on sales of MicroPower Guard units, though with respect to the Eagle Prize Drawing, bonus drawing tickets will be awarded for MicroGuardian Air Scrubber III & certain UVC units’ sales. Prizes will be awarded in the following categories: greatest number of MicroPower Guard units sold by a participating Tech, a drawing among participating Techs who sell at least 10 Micro-Power Guards units; with tickets awarded based on sales of Micro-Power Guards units, MicroGuardian Air Scrubber III & UVC units, a testimonial drawing, a GM/owner drawing, and an administrative drawing. On or before January 7, 2010, Sponsors will tally the results from the weekly reporting sheets and award the categories of prizes as follows. Prize categories and participation requirements within each prize category are set forth in an attached prize description flyer which is incorporated in these Sales Contest rules and regulations. The Sponsors will award the Grand Prize to the Tech who sells the greatest number of MicroPower Guard units during the Sales Contest period noted above. Notwithstanding the foregoing, if no Tech achieves a minimum sale of 10 MicroPower Guard units during the Sales Contest period (the “Minimum Eligible Sales Requirement”), then no Grand Prize will be awarded.

The Sponsors will award one Eagle Drawing Prize. The winner of the Eagle Drawing Prize will be determined by a random drawing, based on tickets received upon the sale of certain quantities of air filtration equipment. Techs meeting the Minimum Eligible Sales Requirement will be distrib-uted one (1) ticket for the Eagle Drawing Prize for each MicroPower Guard unit sold thereafter such Tech will be distributed one (1) addi-tional ticket for the Eagle Drawing Prize. In addition, once meeting the Minimum Eligible Sales Requirement, a Tech will be distributed: (i) one (1) additional ticket for the Eagle Drawing Prize for each sale of a Oxy-Quantum or Quantum series duct-mounted UVC air purification device, and (ii) three (3) additional ticket for the Eagle Drawing Prize for each sale of a MicroGuardian Air Scrubber III unit. The Sponsors will award the Testimonial Drawing Prize through a random drawing; tickets for such drawing being distributed based on the submission of written customer testimonials in relation to Micro-Power Guard units (“MicroPower Guard Testimonials”) to BuyMax. This drawing is open to any One Hour GM/Owner, Tech, Comfort Advi-sor, Office manager, or CCR (each, a “Testimonial Submitter”) who submits MicroPower Guard Testimonials to BuyMax. There is a set of questions which must be addressed in MicroPower Guard Testimonials in order to be eligible for the Testimonial Drawing Prize. The series of questions are posted on the BuyMax website and written on the infor-mation packet. Participating One-Hour contractors must have met, on an aggregate basis, the Minimum Eligible Sales Requirement during the Sale Contest period for any of its Testimonial Submitters to receive a Testimonial Drawing Prize ticket. Any Tech that wins the Grand Prize or the Eagle Drawing Prize is not eligible to win the Testimonial Drawing Prize. The Sponsors will award one (1) GM/Owner Drawing Prize through a random drawing; tickets for such drawing being distributed based on the number of tickets the company’s Techs receive for the Eagle Prize drawing. For every five (5) Eagle Prize drawing tickets that Techs in their company receive, a GM/Owner will receive one (1) drawing ticket for the GM/Owner Prize. Winners of the Grand Prize, the Eagle Draw-ing Prize, or the Testimonial Drawing Prize are not eligible to win the GM/Owner Drawing Prize.

The Sponsors will award the Administrative Drawing Prize through a random drawing; tickets for such drawing being distributed to the administrative person employed by a participating One-Hour contrac-tor who weekly reports sales results for the company for this Sale Contest to BuyMax (the “Administrator”). After the Administrator’s company meets the Minimum Eligible Sales Requirement, the Administrator will receive one (1) ticket for the Ad-ministrative Drawing Prize. Subsequently, one (1) additional Adminis-trative Drawing Prize ticket will be awarded to the Administrator weekly, during the Sales Contest period, if the company’s Sales Con-test reporting form is timely submitted to BuyMax. Winners of the Grand Prize, the Eagle Drawing Prize, the Testimonial Drawing Prize or the GM/Owner Drawing Prize are not eligible to win the Administrative Drawing Prize. The Sponsors will award one (1) October Drawing Prize at the showcase vendor night in October 2009. All Techs who have met the Minimum Eligible Sales Requirement by the close of business on Sep-tember 30, 2009 are eligible for the October Drawing Prize (“October Eligible Techs”). Each October Eligible Tech will be distributed one ticket in the October Drawing Prize, and the winner of the October Drawing prize will be determined by a random drawing. The October Drawing Prize winner remains eligible to win all other prizes in this Sales Contest. Each individual can only win one prize in this Sales Contest, with the exception of the October Drawing Prize. Prize winners do not have to be present at any drawing to win. A representative of the Sponsors will notify each Prize winner by telephone and written letter. If the first person to win any Prize is not eligible, or elects not to accept the Prize, then the next highest seller of MicroPower Guard units, in re-spect to the Grand Prize, or a new, randomly selected ticket holder with respect to the other drawing Prizes will be selected, and will be deemed the Prize winner. This process will continue until an eligible non-waiving Prize winner is determined. Once selected each Prize winner will be listed on www.4BuyMax.com. Sales Contest partici-pants may write to BuyMax at the address noted below to receive the names of each Prize winner after the names of all winners are listed on www.4BuyMax.com.

PRIZES/FAIR MARKET VALUE OF PRIZES. Prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable. No substitution or cash equivalent will be made. Options such as color are available at additional cost. Prizes exclude dealer setup, taxes, title and licensing and are subject to change.

Dealer prices may vary depending on location. Standard group ship-ping will be paid for all prizes within the United States & Canada. Prices listed are the Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Prices. Approxi-mately $9,400 for the Grand Prize. Approximately $7,900 for the Eagle Prize. Approximately $500.00 for the Testimonial Prize. Approximately $2,000 for the GM/Owner Prize. Approximately $500.00 for the Ad-ministrative Prize. Approximately $500.00 for the October Drawing Prize.

HOW TO CLAIM THE PRIZE. Each Prize winner must sign all forms and/or agreements required by the Sponsors that are either specified in these Rules or as may be required in the future, and any other forms or agreements required to transfer a Prize under applicable law. Each Prize winner must also (as requested) provide proof of eligibility to receive a Prize, proof of age, photo identification and a valid tax-payer identification number or social security number before a Prize will be awarded. The only accepted types of photo identification are government issued photo identifications, including a valid driver’s li-cense or United States passport. The Sponsors reserve the right to deny awarding any Prize if any winner fails to provide satisfactory proof of compliance with any Sales Contest or Prize requirements, as determined in the Sponsors’ sole discretion. In addition, each winner must agree to execute an affidavit of eligibility, indemnification and release of liability before the Prize is awarded. Failure to execute any of these documents or comply with any other the terms will result in forfeiture of the Prize.

This Sales Contest and the award of all Prizes are subject to all appli-cable federal, state and local laws and regulations. In the event that any required federal, state or local permissions, permits or licenses are required to be obtained in order for the Prize to be awarded for a specific winner, the Sponsors will make a reasonable effort to obtain any such required permission, permit or license and will pay up to the sum of $100.00 for any required permission, permit or license (the Prize winner responsible to pay any amount in excess of that).

In the event that the Sponsors are is unable to obtain the required permissions, permits or licenses after making the aforementioned rea-sonable attempt, then the Prize will be forfeited and that winner will no long eligible to receive the Prize. All federal, state and local taxes [(including any sales taxes)] are the sole responsibility of each Prize winner. Any person winning over $600 in prizes from the Sponsors during any one year period will re-ceive an IRS form 1099 at the end of the calendar year, and a copy of such form will be filed with the IRS. The amount reported to the IRS for income tax purposes will be the fair market value of the Prize at the time the Prize is granted, or as soon thereafter as an accurate de-termination of value can be made. Fair market value is determined by the Sponsors in their sole discretion. Any additional costs relating to any Prize or incurred as a result of ac-cepting any Prize, are the sole responsibility of each winner. In addition, each Prize winner will be required to sign, among other documents, (a) a liability release form relieving the Sponsors from any liability for damage or harm winner might incur in claiming, installing or using the Prize and, unless prohibited by law, (b) a release giving the Sponsors the right to use that Prize winners’ name, voice, photo-graph, and/or likeness for promotional/publicity purposes at any time without advance permission or knowledge required, and without addi-tional compensation or limitations. LIMITATIONS. The Sponsors reserve the right to make any final de-cision in all matters regarding the Sales Contest, the Rules, the Prize and/or the Prizes. Due to unforeseen circumstances, which can arise from time to time, the Sales Contest may be discontinued at any time during the Sales Contest period without the Sponsors incurring any obligation, cost, liability, responsibility or damage to any participating One-Hour contractor or individual entrant. The Sponsors and their re-spective parents, subsidiaries, and affiliated companies, officers, direc-tors, agents, or employees are not responsible for any expenses that any Prize winner may incur due to illness, injury, or loss of life in claiming or using the Prize.

The Sponsors are not responsible for the late, misdirected, lost, mis-placed, illegible, mutilated or postage-due entries or sales reports for any reason, including electronic or computer malfunctions that may affect the delivery or content of the entry or a sales report, nor are they liable for any injury or damage to participating One-Hour contrac-tors’, individual entrants’ or any other person’s computer or hardware related to or resulting from participating in or downloading any infor-mation necessary to participate in the Sales Contest. Entrants must accurately and legibly complete all required information or entry will be deemed invalid. The Sponsors shall have no liability for any mal-function of the Internet, website or any other computer-related proc-essor system. RULE VIOLATIONS. Any person violating any of the above Rules may be declared ineligible to enter the Sales Contest and/or receive any Prize and/or may be required to forfeit any Prize. Rules may be modified at any time during the Sales Contest period with such changes announced and available at the www.4BuyMax.com.
