GAFC 1890 Trust – Heritage Lottery Fund Application
Why would we go for a Lottery grant?
• Club History not well / fully documented
• Club has in the past played a big part in the social history of Grays and the borough
• 120th Anniversary of GAFC next season
• Ground lease is to expire and club maybe forced to move out of the borough therefore direct links will be “lost”
• Increase community awareness of Grays Athletic
• Deliverables will leave a tangible long term legacy for supporters and the community as a whole
