` SWIM+BIKE+RUN=LOTS OF FUN! 2 GET READY FOR TRIATHLON – Easter Camp Wednesday 11 th , Thursday 12 th and Friday 13 th April 2018 10am – 3pm Girls & Boys St Catherine’s School, Bramley A Fun filled 3-day programme packed with every aspect of triathlon designed to encourage participation and build on existing talent. Including; 1. Swimming technique & coaching to prepare for open water swimming 2. Bike handling & cycling skills for safe and faster racing 3. Running drills and technique coaching 4. Transition practice – (the fourth discipline!) 5. Nutrition guidance for race day. Aim of the 3-day camp The Camp is open to girls & boys ages 5 – 12. Children will be taught in differentiated groups according to their age and also skill levels. First Aiders will be present throughout the day. GB Triathletes to coach & advice during the 3- day camp. Please provide your child with lunch, drinks & snacks. Please NO NUTS as some children have nut allergies. Children must be dressed appropriately for all types of weather and bring suitable clothing for swimming, cycling and running. If your child has a medical, please can you provide a photo of your child and the information required for staff on a separate sheet. Bike helmets are compulsory.
