1- From the HOME menu, select Settings on the lower left corner. 2- On the left menu select Backup & Reset. 3- On the right panel select Factory data reset.

3- On the right panel select Factory data reset.
4- Next, on the right panel select option Reset device.
5- Finally on the right panel select Erase everything.
Once you are done with this 5 steps, the Factory Reset will start. It will take a couple of minutes to execute the changes, once done your Smartee will be set as it was when you just take it out of the box.
